I really hadn’t been thinking of going to Domino’s today for lunch until I went out to get the mail and found a page of their coupons…and I decided to use one that was for two items on a list for $ 5.99 each. My choices were a two-topping pizza ( pepperoni and ground beef ) and chicken & pasta alfredo. I brought both home and had most of the pizza for lunch and the pasta for dinner…and both were quite good. Just think of that: I basically ate both of my meals today and did so for a grand total of under $ 13. Not a bad deal, actually — especially for two dishes that were pretty tasty !

4th time they have forgotten marinara sauce or cinna twist icing. When I put it on my order, I shouldn’t have to ask for it. A missing item is a missing item regardless of how little, or petty it is. Ever since they moved into the taco John’s old building the service and pizzas quality has gone down the drain. Pizzas aren’t cooked throughout. Doughy and disappointing. Pizzas look like 1st graders made them with sauce all the way to the exterior of the edge of the crust. DOMINO’S used to be my go to where I would buy once or twice a week. Now I’ll go elsewhere or make my own. Last 5 experiences made me feel like I threw my money in the trash can.

Very disappointed tonight. Ordered pizza and wings. When I got it home and opened the boxes the wings were plain with some BBQ sauce drizzled over them. Looked nothing like what was on the online menu. The pizza was overbaked thin crust. The pepperoni side was so-so, but the sausage side was terrible. The sausage was cut in squares and tasted nothing like it did several weeks ago. The pepperoni and sausage was burnt around the edges. They used to make much, much better pizza when they were on South Main St. There are lots of good pizza places in Fond du Lac. It will be a long, long time before we go back, if ever.

The address on our order was correct, we even had the confirmation email where it stated the correct address. They delivered to the wrong address and insisted that the address they delivered to was correct. When calling, Tony (manager) hung up multiple times. I understand customer service isn’t fun but this was beyond unprofessional. He refused to help when we had genuine questions/complaints.

Customer service was horrible! The store manager didn’t apologize for being over 30 mins wait. I did tell her that next time, at least tell us it’s 20 more minutes versus staring at us in the store without acknowledging us being different.

I’d give fewer stars if I could, but I can not. My husband and I ordered pizza on 11/18 $40 worth for 2 people delivery. The order took over 4 hours. After waiting 2 and a half hours, we called and were told that they were backed up and we would just have to wait. We asked to cancel and have our money refunded. We were promised a refund and a cancelation. Instead, as we were getting ready for bed, our pizza arrived. We had already eaten. The poor delivery driver was confused. And our money has yet to be refunded. Worst service ever. We attempted just last week to order again, but when we were told the wait was over 2 and a half hours, we were smart enough to go to Bob’s instead! Avoid this Domino’s if you are hungry! Because you won’t get to eat any time soon! And they do not follow thru on their word! Horrible manager. Horrible service. Avoid!

The worst customer service I have ever EXPERIENCED at this Dominoes. Very disappointed and will be filing a complaint through consumer protection. The store manager was rude, in-polite, and was not telling the truth. Her communication skills was horrible. I recommend driving to Oshkosh for better customer service.
