Pizza came loaded with toppings but it had green peppers. I did not order green peppers & cannot eat green peppers, so I called to ask for a replacement. Person who answered the phone was super nice, as was the delivery driver. Manager , however, was not nice. He told me he personally made my pizza, and (as if I was lying) it did not have green peppers. I’ve got a plateful of green peppers in front of me that suggests the manager is mistaken. They sent a new, sad looking pizza, which had far less toppings. Half the slices were bare. I returned the 1st pizza, complete with all the green peppers, with the driver (who was also super nice). Service, other than the manager, was great. The employees outshine the manager.

This place is constantly under cooking the pizza I get here. Almost every time, it is completely undercooked it doesn’t even hold up. They don’t cut the pizza all the way through either. There hasn’t been one time that I haven’t had to cut my pizza when I get home with it. Today I ordered two pizzas. One was cooked perfectly but not cut, the other was like they threw it in the oven and took it right out and again, did not cut it! Another thing is that everytime I order pizza crust seasoning, there is barely anything there at all. I went to the new London location this past weekend and it was amazing! idk what it is with this location but take some care in the food! The northland location has always been good.

They always forget something or don’t know how to make a pizza, lol… Thin crusts are good if they can sauce them correctly to the edge, last few times I had 2-3 inches of just crust with nothing on it, and ordering extra sauce and barely taste/have any on the pizza… and now they’re forgetting sides like my sodas. Quick service but…I wish they take things a little slower, I’d rather wait an extra 2 minutes to have my order done properly. Not a very good store, unfortunately.

I love Dominoes, but this location consistently fails to meet Dominoes’ (and their customers’) expectations. Here’s why:
MANY, continuously poor experiences at this location—staff are unfriendly and toxic environment, coworkers arguing with each other in front of customers—ALL incorrect orders, practically no sauce on pizzas (again tonight, even when consistently ordered with extra sauce); but if you think there’s enough sauce, check again, it’s all the grease bathing the pizza! Another recent instance where I watched my pizza come out of the oven and FLLOOP!!! right in front of my eyes, having to wait roughly a half hour total before getting only the one pizza that I ordered in advance, which they had to make all over again after I came inside to pick it up.

Everytime I get stuffed cheesey bread from here it’s just straight bread with cheese on top there’s barely any cheese stuffed. In my home town they always made it right and since I moved this is the closest one to me and it’s literally just straight bread with cheese on top they don’t stuff it. I had called to see if it was possible to add extra cheese and he goes “no we don’t do that” and immediately hung up. Would not recommend this one dominos, I will be going to the further locations moving forward.

Order to pick up order two stuffed crust, pepperoni mushroom and sausage extra mushroom. Sausage pizza was undercooked half of the pizza was cooked normally other 1/2 was pizza dough! The young man who handed me are order what’s super polite and super nice! I actually feel bad for making this review

Saw it was rated way worse than any other domino’s in appleton, but assumed people were picky. I asked for extra sauce and there is literally no sauce on the pizza, the chicken was burned and difficult to get off the paper, and they didn’t give me any sauces. It states that they do a quality check, but I’m not sure they can read. Terrible. Too many pizza places to mess with this.

First off I ordered food last night, one Philly cheese pizza 7:15 pm my food didn’t get to me till 9:30 pm and still I had things missing. I called and they credit me $10 so ok I order a pizza today and I’m opposed to what I receive. A pizza that’s half burnt and hardly any cheese ! I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza,there was hardly any chicken and it was so burnt. Never again Domino’s never again! My family orders a lot from Domino’s but after my experience just now I’m definitely going to change that.

Being on the road as a trucker I appreciate the service they provide people like me, to find me in a parking lot.
Food was hot! They sliced my round pizza differently than normal, like it was square. It was a smart move on their part for easy handling.
Will definitely order from them again when in this area.

We’ve ordered from here multiple times. Always comes fast and tasty. This time, we tried to plan ahead late night snacks and ordered it for 10pm. We knew we wouldnt make it until then. So I called the store at 8pm to see if they could start it early. Phone person was super friendly and it arrived within 30 minutes.
