After waiting 45 min for my pizza that was already paid for, came to pick it up and the kid that took my order never turned in my order. I asked if I could get a discount on my next visit or this visit because now I have to wait another 45 min. Was told no. No apology no nothing, VERY rude staff. Done with the treatment here as this isn’t the first time with rude staff. Rocky’s will be my new go to.

If I could give a zero star I would. To the rude lady who answers the phone with “We’re not taking orders anymore” if you can’t deal with customers in a professional manner get a new job. A. I was calling to fix an address mistake on a delivery already in. B. You don’t close til 1 why aren’t you taking orders? Ordered three small items through dominos. Only to simply ask the person on the phone for contactless delivery because it was late and we have people sleeping only for them to still bang on the door like they’re police and speed away all recklessly this is the second time this has happened and not to mention we have delivery drivers complaining at our door how they hate contactless delivery when that’s what we asked for and they flat out ignore directions
