So last night, I went to the app to order a pizza because I was hungry and wanted something delicious, ya know? The entire process from the moment I paid for my order, to the delivery driver knocking on my hotel room door was over an hour for a delivery that wasn’t even 5 minutes up the road, but you really trying to tell me, that over 30 minutes of that process was for a quality check, and the image attached was the best you could do??? That is absolutely appalling and a poor display of quality customer service, and the fact that no one even had the integrity or decency to even offer even so much as a partial or full refund, or even a remake at the very least, sickens me, and just goes to show as a reflection of how much you take pride in your work. Never got the food we ordered. Got the incorrect food. When we called we were informed that they were short staffed and that the delivery drivers had taken 3 orders at once and it would be almost an hour to get new food to us. I get it you’re short staffed and all. But in all seriousness carefully check the orders when you take that many at once to avoid messing up. This very much ruined my night. The order we got was nowheres close to what we ordered. Not stuffed crust, way too much meat (and my roommate is vegetarian) black olives, (no thanks) and the other box contained permesan bites instead of lava cakes which I was really looking forward to after a very stressful day.

Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! This will be my new pick up location for my favorite pizza. Super friendly and my pizzas were so so fast. Genuinely pay these guys more.

This place is an absolute joke!! We placed an order of 4 pizzas for a party 1.5 hours in advance for delivery. The delivery window was half hour late so we called the store for an update. The “man” that answered was extremely rude and vulgar. He said he only had one driver with 3 other deliveries ahead of us and proceeded to yell that we’d get it when it gets here. When we requested to speak to a manager, he refused and hung up on me. This is absolutely the WORST pizza place in the area-DOMINOS should be embarrassed by having employees like representing them but they don’t even care.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had ever here. I ordered a simple small thin crust pizza alfredo with chicken, spinach, feta, and bacon. My order was wrong no feta, Four pieces of chicken and four pieces spinach. I had to call the one on West Mason just to make sure they still had feta because Oneida wasn’t answering me, once I finally got a hold of somebody which was literally after they close. He said that was the proper portioning and that if I had any problems to go ahead and put a complaint in online and then hung up on me rudely. I do not appreciate this, I’m an assistant manager at Taco Bell in the University, I definitely do not appreciate this kind of customer service. And even if you couldn’t give me a refund or remake my pizza you could have had to remade another day or anything as a manager. His excuse was well I’m the only one here and I have closing counts so if that was the case you could remake me my pizza on another day that you were there with no problems. You’re bullshiting me and and that was cute to blame it on other crap when clearly you are the manager on duty because only managers do count like that. And yes I am contacting your higher-ups about this as you told me too. Not cool Domino’s not cool do not appreciate the disrespect I’ve worked 11-hour shift just wanted a dang Pizza for dinner…..

1st time ordering online carry-out from Onedia St. location. Pizza and wings was very good. Better prices than Papa’s or Gallagher’s, much better. The employee’s were good. Ordered on a Packer Thurs night game at 6:30. Food was ready in 25 minutes. I’ll be ordering again from here.

Food is always fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. Toppings are appropriately proportioned. Everything is “A+”
I ordered a Pepperoni, Mushroom, Green Olive hand tossed pizza with extra sauce. Love the garlic buttery herb crust. Mmm
My friend ordered thin crust pizza – the veggies are cooked just right, still have a perfect slight crunch to them. The crust was crispy. Perfect amount of sauce and flavor not too spicy or too sweet.
Can’t forget to mention the melt in your mouth, chocolate lava cakes… YUM!

Wish I could give zero stars. I parked in the wrong spot. There was no sign saying I couldn’t. Instead of either letting it go for the 5 minutes I was parked there or politely telling me. Numerous employees came out to yell at me. I was with my mother and child we got into our car and when we were safe I said there was no signs he still kept yelling so I left before they could do something worse than yell. Not only terrible but I felt unsafe. I recommend finding a better dominos or a different pizza place all together.
