I ordered online for delivery and got somebody extremely rude. Rung my doorbell 4x then banged hard as they could on the door right after, I thought the police was kicking in my door. I go downstairs and the driver was already in their call pulling off. Glad I don’t tip upfront!

Use to be a great place service wise but now for past months I can’t get an order when they say it will be done
Tonight is my must recent visit
Ordered 8:08pm and didn’t get my 2 medium pizzas and 32 piece bread bites till 9:20pm!
I wanted them brought out to my car but I had to go get them inside otherwise I might not of ever gotten them!
App said it be ready by 8:30pm!
I went and checked at 8:40pm and they said it would be a 40 min wait!
I noticed only 2 people were working.
9pm one of the two that was working came out got in car and left!
I’m not blaming the workers cause I know it can get busy but if I can’t expect my food to be ready when I’m told after multiple failures I just am not happy!
No more using this location from me!
The place is also starting to look unsafe
I see more and more shady characters hanging around at night time.
Another reason I don’t want to leave car and have it brought to my vehicle like I ordered it to
Like wasting time?
Like waiting in a not so safe looking place for over an hr for food!?

This place has gone to crap. We ordered the loaded tots, and they weren’t loaded BY ANY MEANS. Just cheese burnt on. No ranch, bacon, etc. The barbeque wings had the smallest drizzle of barbecue. We recorded it and it was THE SAME AS BEFORE.

I ordered Four times and FOUR times my order was screwed up!
1. They forgot my two liter but I still paid for it.
2. Took two hours to get my order. Pizza was cold, and the soda was warm.
3. They forgot my two liter again, but did return with it later. I know you’d think I would have learned but we “Used to” like Dominoes
4. Someone’s ate some of my pizza!!!!!
I called and talk to Jessica. Who was extremely rude and just didn’t give a you know what! Actually, she hung up on me while I was telling her about all the trouble I had from the previous orders.So rude!
I’ve been trying to get some customer help for days now and to no avail haven’t reached anyone who just doesn’t give a rip. Each time I spent almost $40….

UPDATE …This isn’t just this Dominos…I ordered Dominos a couple of weeks ago from a different Dominos and the same darn thing! A-kid that was higher than life came to the door brought me the wrong order. I called and spoke to someone and they said they would send the new order right away and they would give me a credit. Well no pizza a half hour later and then I call and talk to someone else…I really think they forgot us….but also no credit. So Monday, I call and talk to someone who was the owner I believe and I tell him what happened and he says he’ll issue me a $25 credit… which you guessed it I NEVER got. DOMINOS YOU KNOW THAT THE CUSTOMER IS HOW YOU MAKE $$$$$$ right?
NOW suddenly after 10 months you hope I come back? Doubtful, and yep I’m telling everyone! Your pizzas great! We actually LOVED your pizza…it’s your Service that sucks! GET IT TOGETHER, take some classes on customer service!

My pizza was excellent and the service was great. My counter person was very busy taking a very large phone order and yet she made time to let me know she was working on my order and hadn’t forgotten me.
