Called the store and talked with the manager since my pizza showed that it was out of the oven for over 30 minutes and it hadn’t left the store yet. I don’t want Luke warm or cold pizza. He told me that the app is only accurate 10% of the time. I received my pizzas 30 minutes after what it told me upon ordering- over an hour later instead of 35 minutes like it stated when ordering . Pizzas were not hot – just warm and one was folded (must have been dropped). Called the store to have it remade (Dominos Guarantee) and the manager hung up on me after I told him I want it remade instead of a future free pizza.

Called for a carry out order. Was told they can’t sauce the $6.49 8 piece boneless chicken. Cool. Thought the box felt a little light. Only 6 in there. Call the store, and yes, 2 fell out of the oven but nobody bothered to make it right before we picked it up. Pizza is burned and doesn’t seem to have sauce on it? Cool.

Thursday night, order late, food gets here in timely manner KUDOS TO THE ALLSTAR DELIVERY GUY GOLD STAR FOR TODAYS EVENT! But for now a recap of the prior event
1. The order is 75 with no discounts 6 items
1 large pizza 35 bucks
1 chicken carbonera (sent a Primavera)
1 parm bites
1 apple dipper
1 stuffed banana pepper bacon cheezy bread
1 garlic butter
Ordered about 11:15 pm Delivered well after midnight! Pizza has 4 inches of crust maybe a little sauce in a small cheese pool with a doughy center….chicken carb was sent as a Primavera…cheese made container look full but I was not fooled with its disguise parm bites were trying to compete in the garlic dipping contest but was forfeited for garlic b’s no show and the little apple dip that almost could couldn’t meet the”must be this tall” requirement ..mm….attempted to call the coordinators of this rec office the following day and was told a call would be returned another long night and day no call made Sunday evening while of course I was distracted getting children ready for bed at 718in the eving no message was left returned call next day where I was told to bring back the food in which a sword fight with rooster occurred endangering my life where a naughty snooty girl told me a manager may call me back may not…. Well manager and I never touched base in the end they no longer will deliver to my house claiming the re did the delivery boundaries but driver 2 doors down i am absolutely disgusted with this store they make up there own rules and i get being an over and day employee but this is just straight up disrespectful and shameful behavior as a dominos representative to customers at least could have given my money back or a couple free pizzas but no with the full return of the entire meal we could get half off was the only attempt at resolution….yeah fight my rooster maybe I’ll consider but black listing my address and being to busy to return a call ya get into another business politics maybe Richard?

Ordered extra sauce and had to pay $2 extra per pizza for extra sauce. There is no sauce on it and when we contacted the store we were rudly told that it was measured out and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Do these look like there’s even LIGHT sauce on here? I don’t think so!

Tonight I ordered pasta, pizza and dessert for carry out. Once we got home and ready to eat we opened up the cookie brownies and I was very disappointed. They were very burnt! I’m shocked the staff sent them home with us. The rest of the dinner was nothing to rave about either. Yes, my husband tried a piece because he wanted dessert but he couldn’t even choke it down 🙁

The staff here has always been welcoming and helpful. The lower prices and decent quality of food made them out go to “pizza night” location. Unfortunately, there was a change to delivery policy and it has decreased ordering from this store for my family and many of my neighbors. Bad decision by owners.

I feel so bad that somehow people order a bunch of food, and when they try to deliver, the customer is not there. This has taken away the cash delivery from this dominos.
I work in the service industry and am a heavily cash person (not their problem but I like cash delivery) and they won’t deliver to me because of all the restrictions. I give 5 stars to the employees because they’re always so nice, but I think there could be a better way to weed out where you accept deliveries. Like if anyone’s at the apple River, don’t deliver there. Only actual home addresses should be accepted so you can still make your money and feed the people in your town 🙂
