Absolutely horrible experience! Will never go to this location again! I wish I was there to pick up my order personally I would have left it right there ! Order extra Philly steak and barley received any, toppings were pushed to one side, barely any barbecue sauce on my wings and pizzas weren’t cut .

Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced!!! I ordered the extravaganza pizza. It is usually great there!! It came undercooked, very doughy. I ate two bites and could not eat any more. I called dominoes and stated that my pizza came undercooked. The manager stated that “it can’t possibly be undercooked, the ovens are timed” not verbatim but to that effect. I know a done pizza and a not done pizza. I asked what we can do about this and was told basically nothing. I asked to be refunded and they pick the pizza up. Again was told there is no way the pizza could be undercooked. I asked again and was told the same. I said “do I need to come in and return the pizza and get a refund myself. I did that, understandably aggravated. The manager was a long haired, long bearded young man wearing an ear bud. No hair net or beard net. Still got stonewalled and I did speak up about my continuingly growing aggrevation. I got the refund and will be filing all complaints possible. This is the manager.

I ordered delivery, received a pizza different than what I have ordered, unfortunately I couldn’t risk letting my son eat any of it because he’s highly allergic to one of the toppings. I called them back immediately after the delivery driver left to let them know of the mistake that was made, and they went above and beyond to make it right, as 30 minutes later same delivery driver came back and we exchanged pizzas, most pizza places I’ve ordered from Never would have tried to make the mistake right. This Domino’s is now the only place I order delivery from. Thank you for all your hard work.

Usually food is amazing as to why we always go back… Last few times pizza was not cut thoroughly which is not a big deal but annoying. I called to State my annoyance and was told sorry I had a bad experience. I won’t even get into the skimpy toppings…Off to go wash my pizza cutter

Normally never have an issue, but today I ordered pasta and wasn’t given a top of fork with it along with it looking like it didn’t have enough noodles and barely any chicken !!! Edit: has been a bit since I got dominos but ordered and all my food was burnt and not warm. My lava cakes weeee even burnt…disappointed

As a truck driver, this place is unwilling to deliver a pizza to the TA truckstop 11 mins away. Very unacceptable. As a driver that spends most of our time on the road hours and days at a time on the road away from family. We just want a reminder food that remind us of our family sitting down at the family table. Bring a little home to us that we are out here willing risking everything. They are only 11 mins away. SMDH..

Before ever placing my order online, I called the restaurant to ask them not to cut the pizzas to help avoid cross contamination due to a life-threatening allergy. The person on the phone took my name and address and said they would make sure it wouldnt get cut and that it wasn’t an issue. I even made the note about it in the order itself just in case. When it arrived it was cut and the person with the allergy wasn’t able to eat it. The driver was excellent, very kind, very professional. I called to report the issue and the person tried blaming their mistake on me. I wouldn’t have been upset if they had just called and said they made a mistake and had to remake it. At least the person with the allergy would’ve been safe with that option. After receiving a refund because of the cross contamination issue, I drove up there to give the driver a cash tip instead (it wasn’t his fault they messed up. He deserved his tip).
10/10 I would avoid this place at all costs if you have an order modification of any kind, especially if it’s allergy related.

This branch employs a pizza delivery creature, I believe to be over 40 years old, who delivers in a red truck. This creature has no grasp of social interaction. For example, he can yell at a receptionist and a customer, reacting with a sullen and condescending demeanor. Such a creature is unbecoming of a corporate company like Domino’s, nor of the world.
