Wednesday night, ordered 2 items. Web page said 35-45 minutes delivery time. Over an hour and Spencer, manager, said they’re down one driver. And asked if I still wanted my order, even though they were out of onions (on my pizza). Heck yeah I do! It’s 10 pm and I’m definitely not cooking dinner so where’s my pizza or credit or something?? He said it’s normally about an hour wait time anyway, so no credit for you.

Today was the third time the pizza came so late my family had already got an alternative dinner. Tonight we ordered the pizza, the website estimated 30-40min, at an hour I tried to call. It was corporate recordings and I could not connect with a real person. We cooked dinner for the kids and the pizza showed up over two hours after we ordered it. My family will not be ordering dominos again.

On this particular date I ordered pizza, as usual, except it was later in the evening than I typically order. First, it was taking a really long time to arrive for a Sunday evening. I used the tracker to watch its progress; it was supposed to arrive in just a minute or two. Great. Tick, tick, tick, no one arrived. I checked again and it said my order was complete; it had been delivered. This was news to me since it was not here and nowhere in the vicinity. So, I got on the phone and tried to call them. I could not get through to a person. They never answer the phone at this location anymore. I went online to see if I could resolve my issue, like get my money back for items that had not materialized, but the best I could do there was get one free pizza; totally not equal to the money I was losing. I was very frustrated and angry at the theft of my hard-earned money. After half an hour of trying, I was getting ready to go down there to the store. This meant finding a ride to get me there. Then finally a delivery person arrived with my order, which was stone cold and a half an hour late. The delivery guy was hardly apologetic, just pretty much shrugging me off, I guess he already had his tip money, after all, and I couldn’t change that now.

Placed a $100+ order online the night before for a work function and showed up at the scheduled carryout time and the manager said they had no record of the order and that it had somehow been voided from their system, even though I had been charged and had a confirmation receipt. The manager, Brandon, apologized and had the entire order (15+ pizzas with appetizers and desserts) ready in about 20 minutes. He also gave a 50% discount, which was very nice. It’s hard to find hardworking young people to work in a Domino’s nowadays, let alone want to be the manager of one. This location is lucky to have Brandon.

Pizza is sickly sweet and that is too much sweet in a pizza which is a food that should not be real sweet. I went to close my account on their site but could not do so, which really rained on my righteous customer indignation trip. I found a link that nicely asks them to stop selling your information to the Chinese government so that they can tell you no after three additional requests have been filed. I googled “holding down Domino’s executives and mashing pizza into their mouths while shrieking” but found no results. This experience has been nothing but disappointment. Next time you have to pizza, please don’t do minoes.
