I want to specifically highlight Sam, the manager, because the difference when he’s running the store is night and day. When Sam is on shift, orders are accurate, food is hot and fresh, and the whole place just runs smoothly. Any negative reviews you see honestly don’t line up with my experiences at all, and it’s pretty clear those orders must have happened when Sam wasn’t there. Every time I’ve ordered while he was managing, the service has been fast, friendly, and consistent. That kind of reliability doesn’t happen by accident — it comes from strong leadership.

My girlfriend and I order from this dominoes about twice a month. I use to get the chicken wings almost everytime we ordered. Atleast a 8 piece. But I stopped, reason why? Well the last I new when you order CHICKEN WINGS you expect chicken wings right? Well when you order a 8 piece wing and you get 5-7 drum sticks, I dont think that counts as chicken wings anymore. Also, if I may ask, at what point are they not considered chicken wings anymore, and since when did wings transform into drummies? Isnt that 2 differet parts of the bird? I ordered a 8 piece chicken wing tonight and got 1 wing! Un fricken real that this is even allowed. Shouldn’t this be considered to a degree false advertisement? I mean c’mon! This is exactly why I dont waiste my $10 bucks anymore. Such a disappointment. I’ll stick to my routine and go to the bar on Thursday for actual chicken wings.

We ordered 2 garlic breads online on sunday night at about 11:40- 11:45pm . It was totally uncooked also it has HAIR in it . The MANAGER was there he made that . We spent 16 $ and it was trash. Last 2 orders….. 1 I asked for light sauce, still got regular sauce. The other I asked for no garlic crust. Still got garlic crust. And tonight I had my order cancelled because “our driver has 4 deliveries and thats too many” and proceeded to hang up on me ♂️. if 4 deliveries is overwhelming, I’d hate to see how the staff respond to an actual busy store. Seems to me, Dominos Fort Atkinson has gotten comfortable with mediocre performance.

Hey, don’t even think about it! Save your money! The pizza dough was super thin in the middle and thick on the edges, making the crust all uneven. And all three large pizzas were made so sloppily, like they didn’t even care. The pizza sauce was even sticking to the top of the box. It was, without a doubt, THE WORST pizza I’ve ever had. It was so bad, I just had to write a review, lol.

#1. I ordered on the app, specified that I didn’t want the doorbell to be rung in two sections, because my family was asleep. Yet they did anyway when the driver arrived. #2 didn’t deliver the soda I ordered, so I was pissed about that. #3 the pizza was greasy, grease leaking through the box and all. Bread bites were good but overall this experience makes me want to continue going to Pizza Hut and little ceasers. Disappointed.

I can’t even say how many times they have screwed up my order. But today was the worst. Not only did they say I didn’t order a pizza but they got on the phone and argued with me they they don’t write done the credit card numbers on a sheet of paper when they are having problems with credit card reader. Tonight the gentleman on the phone did. Then when I called back 45 minutes later they told me i never ordered. They are getting real sloppy at the dominoes in Fort Atkinson, WI

DO NOT order their Signature dips they have! We had a coupon and ordered the five cheese dip and it was sooooo gross! Little to NO cheese, it is like they put sprinkle cheese in a tin and microwaved it. Was not a “dip” at all. Not even a quarter of an inch worth of “dip”
