I recently pre-ordered a pizza from Domino’s scheduled it to arrive at 10:50 a.m. One of the highlights of this experience was that someone from Domino’s reached out beforehand to let me know that a driver wasn’t yet available and asked how I wanted to proceed. I truly appreciated that call and the courtesy they showed it reflected good customer service and communication.
Unfortunately, the follow through on the order didn’t go as smoothly. Even though the representative was professional and polite, it took another hour before my pizza actually arrived. When it did, the pizza looked great at first glance, but it was cold, had very little tomato sauce, and wasn’t as cheesy as expected. I also ordered the Philly Cheese Tots, which were visually appealing but a bit dry, and the garden salad didn’t feel worth the price point.
What made it disappointing was that I had specifically discussed with the representative that I was fine waiting as long as the pizza was made fresh when a driver became available. Despite that conversation, it seems the pizza was baked much earlier than planned. It would have been nice if the store had added a small token of appreciation for the extended wait something simple like a complimentary dessert to acknowledge the delay.
Overall, I’d say the experience had both highs and lows: great customer service upfront, but execution that fell short on quality and timing. I’m giving three stars because the communication was appreciated, but I hope next time the follow-through matches the friendly service.

This store was new, looked great and clean inside. Parking lot was clean and lots of spots available.
Walked in to get my order after the tracker said my pizzas were complete. Was greeted by two young men right away. Both very polite. Everyone else was busy with orders.
The young man that grabbed my order asked two more questions and handed me the order. Everyone said thank you.
This was a much better experience than the last Dominos.
Liked the 9.99 special for any pizza so the quality and taste of our pizza was much better than the last Racine location visit.

I decided to try out the philly sandwich and my man tried the chicken alfredo pasta for the first time. The pasta dish, as you can see from the picture, was more like a snack. The flavor was good, but what a waste of $6!!! The sandwich was also good, just stingy on the meat and veggies. Everything was over cooked…smh!!! I’ll just stick with their pizza!!! ♀️

We had Domino’s delivered while we were sitting on our neighbors front porch. Easy to place the order online! FAST delivery!!! Super friendly delivery person! The Cheesy Tator Tots were excellent!!! The pepperoni and sausage pizza was good…. But way too salty! I wish they would it down on the salt. Other than that the pizza and Tator Tots were delicious! I highly recommend the Cheesy Tator Tots!!!!

Okay, first, my issue was NOT with this store but the app. On the app my order was right until I finalized the order. Then looking at it my order changed. I called this store on 2815 Durand in Racine and Sam was amazing!!! Seriously he listened and understood, then corrected it. The pizza was delicious. Much appreciated. Also, the order was on time. The delivery driver Kyle was awesome.

Very disappointing. Ordered 18 pizzas for an event after they were 30 minutes late. Tried calling twice. Did on hold 10 minutes each time. Both times the call was disconnected. Horrible service don’t recommend.

Stopped to place an order on Washington Ave. Never again…went in & was told it will be while before they could take my order. Left & went to the Durand Ave & everything was all good. Washington Ave ppl were rude! Never again..
