1) Ordered via the Dominoes App. The app automatically canceled my order but the charge still came through to my payment card. Tried calling the store three times to find out if they’re too busy and it’s canceled, am I charged or when a refund when show up. Nobody answered. The phone just rings. Just order from Toppers instead, I’ve never had issues with them.
2) Ordered via the Dominoes app. Pizza arrived and had folded over on itself inside the box like somebody shook it. I had to call the store three times to get through to somebody because the phone continuously rang without anyone answering it, until the third time.

HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
I wish I would have read the comments before ordering.
1. BBQ sauce was dumped in the middle of the wings, leaving many of the wings dry. Wings are also fatty.
2. We order cinnamon bread twist; somebody must have thought it was funny to pour BBQ sauce on those.
3. Virtually no sauce on the pizza, I did NOT order lite sauce. Pizza was really dry. Would’ve been better off eating a pizza Lunchable.
4. Tried to get the pizza car side, nobody came out. When my wife went in she said there were not thinking of coming out. The employees were arguing about something.
5. I called to complain before I ate. The assistant manager stated they will give us a free order of the two items I complained about (I did not have the pizza at this point). After eating a little, never mind about replacing, I would like a full refund.

The domino’s in the silver spring area didn’t get my order right and are refusing to pick up my call. I paid for 3 large pizzas and a bundle of bread sticks. Paid 90 bucks and only got 4 medium pizzas. If I’m paying 90 bucks I want my order correct. And tipped too. Never ordering from this place.
