We orders 3 pizzas and bread bites. One of the pizzas wasn’t quite right so I called. The manager lady actually made us another pizza but walked the new one to our house which is down the block. And it’s delicious. Thank you so much for making it right. We are good customers .

This place is terrible, they’re always messing up my order. I called to complain my pizza was all damaged and the “manager” said she made it perfectly fine…still had to nerve to catch an attitude lol. Doesn’t look good at all. Last time I ever order from this sloppy location. They never answer the phone at all, and if they do they place you on hold over 10 minutes.. As if they were really busy. This place is a joke.

I have ordered from this location twice within the past few days. The first order my pizza had no sausage on it so it was only spinach on it. The pizza was uneven and the crust was thin with no garlic butter on it and the cheesy bread didn’t either. Today my pizza or cheesy bread still had no garlic butter on it and my crust was so thin it definitely didn’t look hand tossed like I ordered. Overall disappointing. I have ordered here many times and I’ve never had bad service until now. Not sure if it’s the night shift or the store in whole but I won’t be ordering here again.

I’m sitting in the most disgusting food establishment I have ever been in while I wait for my food that is now 50 minutes late and counting. The 2 girls cooking are making jokes and talking about the customers that just left. A girl with long red hair is eating constantly. They are discussing all the mistakes they are making. The phone is ringing off the hook the entire time. The place is a disaster and food is sitting out everywhere, trash all over the floor. I’ve been told 3 times over the past 15 minutes that my food is coming out soon. I will not be back!

So I went to domino’s on Miller parkway. I went here due to my grams like domino’s because it’s not a lot of cheese for her anywho I placed my order online and it asked if I wanted drive thru pick up I said but there is no drive thru to pick. So I called trying to change to curbside and was on hold for 30mins and still no answer. I had my kids to go and get the order. Not happy with how they threw my food together and this was my first time here and looks like my last. However it was hot.

Ordered a half chicken buffalo sauced pizza. I got no sauce and on top of that i got pizza that tasted like it was made 4 days ago and didn’t even get reheated 30 mins from me taking a bite. I place an order for delivery. I mistakenly put the wrong address. I immediately notice and start to call the store. So they won’t do the order and not be deliver. I keep calling, 12 calls in total. They answer when the order was 2 min for been deliver. The women that attend me just told me “For this time I will cancel and refund your order. But just letting you know is your fault that this happen”. I found that rude like I get it you are in a rush and 1 hour left to close. But is not my fault that you didn’t pick up the phone. I try too cancel it early so none of this happen. I call 12 times, that was the rudest think. And I just respond “sorry but this is not fully my fault. Like I try to call from the start that I notice, call 12 times none stopping. Ik my mistake from selecting the wrong home address.”
I mean I get it, I wasn’t rude and try to fix my mistake. But saying that to a costumer is not right.
