The delivery instructions said to text when here because my door buzzer is broken. Never got a text. Took forever to get here. I checked the app and saw the driver was nearby. Decided to go downstairs and found my order was left in a puddle the cold floor and the box was soaked and reeked of cigarettes. Pizza was ice cold. Tipped well in advance, too. Not anymore!

I ordered a new York pizza that was delivered tasting like cardboard. It was soggy and very greasy. Uneatable!
I called the store and explained that the pizza was not good. The guy who is supposedly the manager was very RUDE and Unprofessional. He was argumentative and would not give me a refund. No one ate the pizza so I asked him to pick it up. He said no and he would not give me a refund.
I have never been talked to any manager that is so uneducated and then hang up on. Great business practices. He definitely needs to be taught how to communicate to customers . Dominoes corporate would be horrified if they heard the way he spoke to me .
I will go over him to his district manager and report him. I can see that there are others who agree with me so he is a liar. The im⁰mature boy said the store never has had a complaints which is not true and hung up on me.,

Very disappointed in my order. My pizza came squashed, stuck to the box. I don’t even know how to begin eating it because I had to pry the pizza from the top of the box, tearing off all the cheese and sauce, leaving me room temperature bread. OH – not to mention I ordered a pan pizza, which isn’t this.

Update November 2022: I still haven’t been back to Domino’s since this. There are many great local restaurants to choose from with much better pizza and service.
Update April 2022: it has been 6 months since this poor experience and disrepct from Domino’s. I still have not ordered from them since and have been enjoying pizza from many of the locally owned pizza shops. Many of these shops are the same price with far and away better quality food than Domino’s.
I was a satisfied customer of this Domino’s for a while until one of their drivers smooshed my pizza and it got stuck to the top of box. I called and ask for a refund and they said they would only do it via gift card. Fine.
My order was $30 with tip included and they sent me a $10 gift card as a refund. The pizza alone was $19 something.
I called again and tried to resolve the issue. They instead hung up on me.
