so I ordered loaded tots, immediately I notice total burntness all over the box. I tasted one tot in the store. the response I got was “oh it just the cheese the tots ate not burnt. So I took a step and asked again about how this looked. I was again reassured “our tots always look this this because of the cheese and we put our ovens on 400 degrees” I left.
so for anyone out there wanting to give dominos loaded cheese tots a try, please be aware u will not having a nice melty cheese pull experience. burnt cheese will consume the entire dish. but dont worry its always like this!
also if u order a handmade pan dont expect and sauce on your pizza. the description I was given was “all that red is sauce!!” what red?? what sauce!!!

I tried contacting the store directly, but after making it through the automated menu and then no one answering the phone for 2+ minutes I hung up. This was a carry out order and I was not going to do another 30 minute round trip + wait time. I ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas and a medium pan cheese pizza.
The pan pizza was so under cooked the middle was basically a doughy soup and we couldn’t even pick up a piece. The one we tried to grab broke in half where the dough went full nope. See pic. Even the crust seemed only half baked. It was not edible.
Then between the two large hand tossed pizzas, 6 out of the 16 pieces were mostly just massive blown up air bubbles. More than a third of the 2 pizzas was just air. To top it off, both were missing the garlic crust too.
Clearly the “quality check” part either didn’t happen, or standards are pretty low. Overall, just unacceptable.

Update::: on the 4th time calling they picked up and sent a remake to my house. Delivery driver had some attitude problems.

Dominos is not like it used to be. I had to give 1 for leave my review. The worst experience. I would never buy or eat from dominos again. I placed and order at 9:30am to pick it up at 11:45 am for my wife’s birthday that she was going to celebrate at her work. Whe I got there my order wasn’t not even on the list and I ordered through the app. I was charged and in the app said that my order was ready. The team member that assisted me said that there was only 2 persons working and the wait time was about an hr. Ridiculous, by the way the system locked me and I can’t even get into the app to sign in to at least cancel the order and get my money back. There’s no customer service to address this issue. THE WORST!

So I was having trouble ordering online. I went into this location on 12/23/25 to see if my order had come in yet because of the amount of problems I was hBing with online ordering. The website did not let me sign into my account or complete my order. I reached out to customer service and apparently someone will get back to me in 7 business days. I was finally able to put the order in but because of the glitches with the website the order came in wrong. I informed the workers there that my order was wrong and the girl with braids told me that they have to make it the way it came in. She did not seem to care the order didn’t come in correctly. So I accepted her answer and waited for my good. The food was still wrong. Instead of half pepperoni I got about two pieces with a couple of pepperoni on them. The cheesy bread looked like it had gone through shredded and was burnt. I took pictures of what they have me. Highly dissatisfied!

I have went to the store to order my pizza but they told me I couldn’t order at the store and I had to do it online so I did and when I picked up my pizza 18 minutes after I took it home and when I got home. I was eating my pizza and I found a hair on the pizza so I called the store and they told me they were going to give me a gift card and just hang up the phone on me, they didn’t ask for order details or anything like that! Make sure you check your pizza before you guys take it home. This is disgusting. And I don’t think I will get any gift card because they didn’t ask for anything and just hang up.

we have had minor issues with this dominos, and when we talked to them they gave us coupons and sorted it all out. tonight we had ordered for delivery since it was 2° with a feel of -9°. there was really no issues until the delivery. our driver Andrew didn’t have the ability to track, whatever it was fine. it said it was supposed to arrive 7:47 then 7:53. 7:53 came around and nothing, normally we’ll get a call and meet them at the door. but Andrew had not done anything. we figured we’d let it go until 10 minutes afterwards (8:03). when we tried to call it just gave us a ringing tone, so we hung up. I had looked outside multiple times at this point and hadn’t seen anything or any sign of the driver. after we called the store we looked out and saw a car, so i thought Andrew had pulled up and was gonna get out. but as soon as i opened the door and saw him, he sped off like he didn’t wanna be seen at all. and i saw our pizza was delivered but i didn’t see it, then i opened my door and it knocked the pizza down. so i have no idea how long it was truly sitting there in the freezing cold weather. but it was getting cold when i grabbed it.

They delivered the wrong pizza. And the pizza was a special order and not cheap. Driver would not do anything about it. I tried calling but was disconnected twice. I just received a call back and some woman admitted screwing up. Not sure how cold this pizza will be since she claimed it was there. Don’t think we will be ordering again.

There are no chairs for you to sit and wait for your food as someone who’s had a knee replacement and has titanium in my back. And needs my other knee replaced I was in a lot of pain. When I asked about it I was given the oh that’s how this store is. When I brought up that it isn’t good for people who are disabled or elderly it was brushed off! No empathy or sympathy or compassion! One of the young women working really took an attitude with me and I took it back. Not going to lie! I literally said to her how would she feel if it was her grandmother and she were to pass out because she had nowhere to sit because she laughed at me! Very rude customer service would not recommend this location! Food was not that good either! Definitely not for the price!
