I visited this location today (Sunday, 2/22) with my mother and ordered a large New York style pizza with pepperoni. After paying for the pizza, my mom commented to me that she was shocked at what the price had been. Because $17 sounded high to me (due to the fact that we’ve paid less in the recent past), I mentioned it to the cashier who promptly (and without us even asking) gave us our $17 back, and then charged us less than half of that amount by adding a special coupon that we didn’t know to request.. outstanding service. But if that wasn’t enough, when we got home and actually started eating the pizza, it tasted better than any pizza I’ve had at Domino’s… it literally tasted like we got it from New York.. The lady making the pizza somehow figured out a way to cook the pizza to the perfect temperature and color, and the flavor was amazing… it was better than the pizza I had last night at a famous non-chain location. Well done Domino’s on National in New Berlin!

All of the pizzas had hard black burnt bubbles. There was only one slice that was edible. I had to wait 15 minutes before any employee attended to me. Give me a FULL REFUND !! Hey Domino’s, please hire only competent workers. No one gave a damn that the pizzas were un-edible.

It looks like the pizza threw up on itself, I don’t know what the hell happened with the breadsticks, but it is overcooked, and it looks like it needs to be put out of its misery. The only thing that came out right was the pepperoni pizza, this is my first really bad experience with them… I know people have bad days, but when I called to change something on my pizza, over the phone the team member… well I’ll put it this way, she sounded like she hated her job and when the delivery driver came, the same Treatment, but only in person.. Maybe they were just really busy… but I have been a delivery driver, but for Papa John’s years ago and had more common sense mannerisms. Customer service skills and training are definitely needed at that store, it’s going to be a while until I order with Domino’s, I need some time

Ordered one pizza, system said is should be ready at 4:45. Showed up at 5:15, still not ready. Staff kept making up stories about why it was delayed. Finally, one of the cooks admits they just completely forgot to make it. Over an hour for a single pizza and the manager is trying to gaslight me and make out that it was just cuz they were busy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. The only thing that was acceptable was the quick delivery time. I was shocked as I saw the delivery driver take the pizzas out of the delivery bag standing up! She didn’t realize that the toppings can come off of the pizza? I have attached pictures. This is how the pizzas looked when we opened the boxes. She didn’t speak to us and was not friendly whatsoever. I called to complain and the man on the phone was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care at all. Actually hung up on me. I called back and he did say that he cancelled our charge for the order but was very short and also didn’t seem like he wanted to speak to anyone… I told him this was the worst experience ordering food I’ve ever had and he said ok and hung up on me again. Management really needs to talk to people working at this store. With all of the options for ordering food they really should focus on being more helpful and listening to others concerns. I will never go back to this location. I would give it no stars of I could.

Ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s birthday party on a Saturday. Got them home and 2 of the pizzas were prepared incorrectly. Called the store to let them know and see if this could be fixed. They did offer to remake the pizzas. However with a house of hungry boys there was no waiting for the correct order. They took my information and said they would give it to a manager to call me back since I was a dissatisfied customer at this point. It is now Monday and have not heard from the store. This seems like a nice store with good employees and never had a problem before. But not happy at this point that they have not followed thru and contacted me.

It’s the worst place to buy from. The people work there they don’t know how to make pizza or anything pizza is burn , sandwiches burnt dry food dog will not eat it on top of that. They cheat with the hubby didn’t put the right portion on the pizza. I paid $26. just to throw the food in the garbage and I tried to call the place to speak to the manager do you recognize my phone number and they keep hanging up when I called I end up calling the corporate office to make my complaint. This place should be closed very Bad place to set up food, No, I find different dominoes to go to cleaner and have a good workers working there. They like their job.
