I ordered a small gluten-free pizza with black olives, extra cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and robust tomato sauce, and it was delicious and healthy! The crust was surprisingly good, the toppings were fresh, and everything tasted flavorful without feeling heavy. Definitely ordering again.

The top of both pizza and pasta bowl were chared and pasta sauce was non existent in the pasta bowl!
Called management and after a 10-15 hold… said he inspected my order and said it was fine and won’t do any anything and inferred I was a putz for calling!!!

I’ve been coming here and ordering for 10 years and there has been a significant quality drop.
The food is 60/40. 60 to 70% of the time it’s good. They somehow forgot how to cut the pizza at some point. The biggest problem is the greese. I’ve had too many pizza’s just loaded with greese and all soggy even “well done”. This pizza I just got wasn’t even hot or cut all the way through. Had to rip pieces off just to eat.
As for the employees I get it. Most of them are folks just working to have a job. Lazy? Some yeah. They do get pizza made decently fast, but that’s probably why the quality has dropped even though it takes them 30 minutes to make a pizza sometimes.
They have screwed up deliveries a lot more than they should have. Once a driver left my food in the rain. Compensation was a digital coupon for a “free” pizza which wasn’t. $5 and the on the app you still need to order at least $20 worth of something to have it delivered.
Multiple times the drivers brought my food to the wrong place and too many times did it take 45 minutes to an hour to get my food.

Nothing more to really say. The place changed around 6 or 7 years ago and since then it’s gotten worse.

Haven’t had Domino’s in a whole and thought I’d give it a try. When the app showed my pizza ready for curbside pickup, I finally went in after 5 minutes and then waited another 10 minutes. Only to get a pizza that had 2 pieces of onion, 3 of green pepper, a scrap or 2 of sausage, and 3 bits of mushroom on about 25% of the pizza. No pride whatsoever.

Ordered online at 9:16. Said my food arrived at 9:58. Checked outside, even the neighbors door, absolutely nothing. Waited 10-15 minutes, checked again, nothing. I tried calling the number listed and it wouldn’t even let me, it immediately hung up. 40 minutes and 26 dollars gone. I want my money back.

Adding on- I got my food 2 days later from a neighbor WAY down. Food was obviously old and disgusting. You need to teach your employees to read house/apartment numbers. If theres a garage with the number on it, just maybe the walkway connected to the driveway is the CORRECT door. I’ve used Doordash for a couple years, never had a problem.

We get delivery from here sometimes so I haven’t been in the actual place to pick up a pizza in a long time. NO ONE is wearing gloves!!!!! Why would they be making pizzas and not wearing gloves?! We may not come back here if this is the norm. The guy was also not that kind to his employees from the 10 mins I could see.

TERRIBLE customer service. I had placed on online order through the website and payed with PayPal. I followed the order through the text link and when it showed the order was ready, I went into the store. I gave my name to the person at the counter. He looked around and stated he could not find my order. I showed him my PayPal email receipt, the city showed as the local city but the street address didn’t match. The employee said the order was at that store (which was 30+ minutes away) and I would need to contact them to request the order to be cancelled. I left and went to a local store and grabbed some frozen pizzas. I looked more at the order and it actually was at the local Domino’s. I went back to Domino’s and showed the employee the order. He looked again and found the order ready to go. I had the frozen pizzas in my car and just wanted the Dominos order cancelled. As it was busy and they were understaffed, I had to wait over 5 minutes for the manager to assist me. I was extremely frustrated at the front counter employee as my order had been there all along (and we really wanted Dominos). The manager cancelled the PayPal transaction but didn’t apologize. There was zero accountability for the mistake for their employee.
