Currently on hold for 30 minutes and counting to wait to talk to a manager. Very annoyed and discouraged to say the least! Never had a problem here before. Hopefully the management steps up!
11yr old niece. It took the 15 minutes to even acknowledge us at the counter. They ignored the phone ringing repeatedly and even picked it up and then slammed it down not even answering. Staff member had to LEAVE THE STORE to get the manager who was outside to help cash out just a soda. 10/10 worst experience in a dominos.
Fast forward a week: we try again, armed with their “free pizza” email coupon. App wouldn’t take the coupon, store couldn’t either, so I paid $26 for a medium pizza and cheesy bread that should’ve been about $14.
Order was placed at 6:02, “ready in 8–18 minutes.” I showed up at 6:20. Watched folks who ordered at 6:35 walk out with their food while I sat there until 7:20. Finally they admitted my order was probably given to a driver by mistake and canceled it altogether.
In the end, Kwik Trip saved the day: 2 minutes, full pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and no drama. Domino’s: when a gas station is faster, cheaper, and more reliable, maybe it’s time to rethink your recipe for success.
It’s hard to believe, but Taco Bell has a contender for worst service in Plymouth!
The pizza is good, but they screwed up my last three orders. What’s the point of ordering online, if they don’t read the directions. Kinda unforgivable…
