I ordered a “build your own pizza” with cheese crust, ham, and pepperoni, but instead I received a small plain cheese pizza. That was really frustrating, especially after waiting about an hour for the delivery. On top of that, the delivery driver seemed upset or in a bad mood. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

Had the opportunity to stop today to pick up Lunch. Ordered online, was super easy. Had a hard time finding the place at first. thought I was in the wrong spot. Their sign was hidden by another part of the building. The service was great, I was met with a smile. they were so nice and helpful. the building appeared to be clean as well. My order was hot and ready when I arrived but was just so so. This has nothing to do the employees working there. Just the branch. Step up your game Dominos Corporate. I’ve had better Chicken Parm sandwiches from mom-and-pop shops.

We order from here all the time and are always pleased.
Normally I want my pizza ASAP, but today I meant to schedule it for later on in the evening.
Unfortunately, I’m a creature of habit and scrolled right past the option and didn’t realize my mistake until the moment the transaction cleared.
I immediately called to cancel/reschedule the order, but could not get through. I called 4 times over 10 minutes and no luck. By that time, the pizza was already in the oven according to the tracker.
Pretty frustrating mistake on my part, but it could have been rectified if someone would have answered the phone.

Ordered twice from this location and both times had problems. First time they ended up being short on delivery drivers and time to get order doubled as I ended up just picking up. Second time I was notified that my order was ready for pick up and when I got there to pick up they said nobody hit start on oven so it wasn’t done or even started baking.

It’s uncooked bread with sauce and cheese. I ask for well done and I have to put it back in the oven when I get home because it’s not cooked fully very soggy dough.
Update decided to give it another try and yet once again undercooked pizza when I asked for well done. It was almost raw. This place goes through employees like I have never seen.
Now I am filing a lawsuit

Easy pickup, ready when we arrived and as promised. Pizza is good, a bit stingy on the sauce, but maybe it keeps prices low. Parmesan Bites is very good, Lava Cakes tasted good but very sweet. I feel the extra sauces are pricey.Good value for a family if you use the deals offered.
