Within the last 6 months food has been taking 3 times linger than usual, orders have been incorrect each time, food has been cold. This specific dominos has significantly decreased in quality. My pizzas either have additional toppings that were not added or a completely incorrect pizza.

Ordered thru the app. Picked up and paid with card. Pan crust was not just lightly cooked (for some reason dominos loves to barely cook their pies), but was raw. As shown in the photo there are literally parts of raw pizza dough in the crust. Obviously, I wanted nothing to do with this pizza at this point. I called and they offered to remake it or to credit my account the value of the pizza. But, why would I want to order another pizza from a place that just served me raw pizza dough. I asked for a refund to the card, and they said that wasn’t possible. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon. I’d recommend you do the same.

I ended up ordering a hand tossed pizza with a cherry coke. The young black male there ended up messing up my order but remade it AND gave me a free card for my next pizza. Shoutout to the shaggy lookin dude for the free card and the young man for the pizza.

i ordered 2 pizzas, one of them got switched with a differant order so i didnt get one of them that i ordered. i wasnt too upset by it pizza is pizza, but they went out of their way to call me and tell me to come back and theyll make a new one free of charge! most places wouldnt do that i was honestly shocked, amazing customer service! i wish i wouldve caught the dudes name who called i woulda gave him a shoutout

Tried using gift cards that don’t expire and have plenty of money on them, but all three were declining. After getting home we had called the numbers on the back of the cards and made sure there was actually money on there, turns out there was. Also ordered garlic knots but got the cinnamon knots instead. Overall, don’t go here, pizza tastes good don’t get me wrong, but don’t use gift cards here what’s so ever.

I like Domino’s and have generally had good experiences at this location so I’ll spare them my recent 1-star experience. Things are tough for the fast food biz right now with the job economy I realize. The manager should know about the hot mess this place was during my most recent experience at this location though. I ordered a pizza through the app at 5:30p. I arrived for curbside pick up at 6:00p (app said it was ready). Walked into the store at 6:10p after no one came out. Talked to the young man at the counter who said they were “looking for my pizza”. Obviously they sent it to the wrong person or never made it in the first place as I saw they were starting my order over. Fine, I get it’s rush hour on a Friday. 6:30p I check in to see what’s going on. Same young man asks for my info again and apparently my pizza was NOT actually re-started when I talked to him the first time as he said they were just then going to start it at 6:30p. I finally left with pizza (1 pizza) in hand at 6:50p. Almost 1 hour spent at the store to get a single pizza. Workers were hustling but this place needs leadership.
