That was a trip. Ordered 3 items. Received 2 of the 3 correctly and someone else pizza. Called in and they said no problem we will fix it. Came back to pick up my original pizza and the remade the other orders pizza again. Sat and waited for them to remake my original pizza. So close to an hour later from when we got our first order we resolved the issue.

Our order was 2 large pizzas and one of them was overdone. They said they would give me a coupon or remake it. They remade it and it was excellent. As long as you try to fix your mistakes nobody should hold it against you. Thanks for rectifying it and keeping a loyal customer loyal.

If ordering delivery please ask to speak with someone competent. There’s a male there answering the phones taking half information orders and instead of putting delivery he’ll purposely request it as pick up.

Ordered two pizzas and one with extra sauce. We definitely did NOT get that extra sauce. Both pizzas were subpar and absolutely not worth over 20 bucks apiece.

We ordered three pizza two square cut and one pie cut. They cut all of them pie cut and tried offering us a $5 credit when the two pizzas they messed up was more. The food is ok but the customer service sucks the manager was rude and we just asked for a full refund it’s been a while since i been to this one though Id give them another chance but they just don’t like to read or accept their mess up and correct it I can’t believe they thought we’d wait 15 minutes for two new pizza while the other one gets cold ridiculous

It’s hard to find the right thing sometimes, nothing sounds good, nothing is open, or you are on a tight budget. Dominoes really delivers a great, affordable meal that can cover another meal the next day. This particular store did a great job on my order. They were fast, friendly, affordable, and they, turned out a hot, great looking, great tasting pie that I wanted after midnight. My daughter also had some after I surprised her, and I still had some the next day for lunch. They did a great job and I will be back. Thanks!

Walked into domino’s in Dubuque Iowa the night before moving my daughter to college. The customer service was terrible. I stood there for a few minutes. One person was working on something while 4 or 5 others were in the back room. They all came out and didn’t notice me or my daughter until a few minutes later. One person looked at me and said have you been helped yet, I said no. Not yet. He sighed as if I was taking his poor time away. Now two days later im sluggish and not feeling well, going to the bathroom constantly. Not happy and not impressed poor service
