I was very disappointed with my order from Domino’s pizza today. It was a very busy day so I thought I would just order my family some Domino’s carryout. Placed my order for numerous items, my order arrived and when I opened the sandwiches, they were burnt to a crisp. I was heated. I just paid over $8.00 a sandwich and was starving and now my food was inedible. Called the store and manager was very rude and disrespectful. She actually hung up on me. I love Domino’s and order from them quite frequently. I am totally disappointed! I will never order from Domino’s again! Just lost a great customer. Goodbye Domino’s.

Ordered delivery and the driver marked our pizza as delivered and never dropped anything I off. I sat in my living room, and have a ring camera, no one ever stopped here. Then told the manager that she left it “right outside the door”. The manager did fix the issue and is having our order remade. Thank you for the help!

The pizza came with no extra cheese. The chicken bites came in a pretty small portion and the cheese was burnt. Both arrived warm and they had to be reheated upon arrival. Called the store hoping on a partial refund and all I got was a rude manager!

Honestly you should have just called the number on the order and told me you didn’t wanna cook anything besides pizza because omg you guys. Don’t order Domino’s on Laporte Rd Waterloo Iowa. I ordered pizza for delivery and I didn’t get what I ordered.. I received a cheese pizza and Parmesan bites, which were doughy, for $29.06. I ordered a deluxe pizza and Parmesan bites. They more or less called me a liar and wouldn’t do crap about it. Even hung up on me saying…. I was being rude. I asked…. How am I being rude for wanting what i ordered? The manager wouldn’t even come to the phone! Close this one down!

Ordered pizza while staying at a hotel in the area. I ordered a special that was 2 2-topping pizzas and a cheese bread. Initially, the order came and one of the pizzas was not correct. I called up the store and they made it right and delivered the correct pizza. Very happy with the experience and would order from them again in the future.

Tonights order took a little longer then expected. Not bad though. Granted the roads aren’t the best either and its dark out. The delivery person was very courteous and the pizza which is my first time trying the Extravaganza was awesome!! Really like your specialty pizzas. An email was received to make it right. If I could give a negative 0 stars I would. I placed an order 12am 7/15/25. Called the store several times with no answer only to see where my 2 pastas and lava cakes were. At 1:46am I finally received a call from dominos telling me that they were on there way for some reason. Finally received my food between 2:06am-2:15pm. I’m not sure if the exact time because they did not knock or ring the doorbell. They just left the food we paid for on the dirty ground. I couldn’t call to complain because they were close. Later on in the day, I decided to call the dominos to try and talk to a manager about my order. Initially I tried to explain with “manager Brody” what happened but right off the back as soon as I said anything he was rude, hostile and extremely disrespectful. I was not able to tell him what happened because he interrupted me the whole time while I was trying to explain to him about what happened and all he did was yell in the phone like a child. No resolution was resolved because he hung up in my face. Very mature Brody. It does not take 2 hours to deliver pasta and a lava cake. I was trying to cancel but there was no way for me to cancel in the app, I tried to call to cancel but they never answer the phone. They should shut this location down. A bunch of people sitting around on the clock that do not want to their job correctly. The amount of negative reviews this location has should speak for itself. Brody doesn’t need to be a manager and needs to be humbled very quickly. Just because your having a bad day does not mean take it out on customers
