Usually, I order from the one on grand, which is amazing for some reason the online automatically chose this location for the night. I have never had a burnt cheese pizza with barely cooked wings. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering online, but it is OK will just not be placed in an order in the future

So normally when I order a pan pizza it’s a pan pizza and not whatever that is thrown in a black box. To make matters worse when I called about it I got the manager who is the one who made the pizza and began to tell me exactly how wrong I am and that this thin crust abomination is actually a pan, then hung up on me. I called back, I got her again and she said “hold” nothing else then clicked off for another 10 minutes before I gave up again. I called back a final time just to offer the pizza back and give me my money back. Her response “is there anything else you need that I’m not going to do” then hung up again. Mind you this was my pizza rewards so it was a free pizza I just had to pay the $1.50 for the pan upcharge and I still feel like I overpaid. I’d say I’ll never come back but the way things are done there that seems like what they’re after so they don’t actually have to do any real work.

I love the domino’s at 3101 Douglas. Moved to union park area am forced to have delivery from closest location which is this one. Never again, I’ll go out of my way to pick up on Douglas. Last time was the last time. I ordered pizza bread bites and a 2ltr of coke oh and oven baked dip. Did not get bites, got 4 20oz cherry coke and barely anything in my oven baked dip. Paid $40 included a hansom tip. FYI this is what your oven baked dips should be… maybe call Douglas for tips!

I got 2 New York style pepperoni pizzas they where both cold one was burnt you could smell it as soon as you opened the box. Delivery took a hour. Pizza tasted as if somebody smoked a cigarette and blew it on the pizza!!! Not a very good place to order pizza from this is not my first time having an issue with this location.VERY UNSATISFIED

So this location has outside personal eat off food next to food that is being prepared. This is a major food cross contamination violation. Also they have a nicotine smoker right next to the pizza tool another major cross contamination. Ordered two medium deal… the pizzas had no sauce, asked for garlic dipping cup and got icing, also got a Diet Coke instead of Coke. It’s not worth ordering out anymore. You got me for $28 +tip you won’t do that again because I refuse to order from you again. Horrible…

If I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, ordered our food at 11:50pm an didn’t get our order until 1:20am our food was burnt and cold I absolutely do not recommend this Domino’s at all, called the store and asked where our order was and was told that there was only 1 driver delivering multiple orders, we will not be ordering from this Domino’s again
