We went inside to order and eat inside. They are a restaurant with Indoor seating. We were looked.lime we were aliens. We didn’t order ahead online and we asked what their special was. What a crime. We decided to take the offer of a medium 3 topping pizza for $8.99. We also ordered another pizza and two pineapple and jalapeno chicken specialties. I wanted my three topping to be all sausage. Seems reasonable to me. I was told I can’t get 3 sausage toppings. I can get two and another choice but not three sausage. So where’s the deal? It’s weird that they offer three but you can only get two of the same one. We spent 40 bucks and we were not trying to be cheap. I just don’t like many pizza toppings. Not friendly. When we walked out the door, everybody saw us and no one said anything. Now it’s time for my review.

I was an employee here in Iron Mountain for only a week and the manager Krystal cost me hundreds in automotive repair. My car was bottomed out on a chunk of ice holding the rear end of the car up in the air. I said twice I was worried about it, she told me to do it, said she winched people out of ditches all the time. This was different, my car was bottomed out. We towed it across the chunk of ice and it tore my exhaust off near the front end. I quit soon after because I had no means of transportation now that my car fills with exhaust fumes, making me sick on the short 10 minute drive, I’m facing homelessness now. When I’m homeless and living in my car she will be the reason I suffocate, how do you say no to your boss when you’ve already tried twice. You can’t. I even tried asking for a ride to and from, apparently my only option was to destroy my car. I think I need a lawyer.

The online system never works and you can’t contact anyone directly from the store. You can’t use online coupons when you call, but the online doesn’t work. Constantly having to repeat yourself to get an order correct with the online system they have in place. Can’t seem to work prices out correctly. I will not be back. This is probably my 10th bad experience here and my last.

How cool is that!?! I can totally watch the driver drive to my house if they gave GPS enabled. Dominos you def stepped it up with the impatient pizza eaters watching not only the process to our food getting out the door but we can basically watch live time the delivery!!!! I’m sorry not sorry i got so geeked over that.

The food isn’t anything to write home about but it’s edible. I have no idea what the actual hours are here due to the pandemic. The delivery times are completely random. Last couple times I ordered for delivery it took about and hour and 40 minutes even though the email said 45 minutes. At least the staff is always friendly and usually will help resolve any issues. Never heard back about the insane delivery time though. Miss the real deep dish pizza. One more issue is when you order double a topping you don’t get double. I’m almost positive you get the same amount as if you ordered it with the regular amount. It’s kind of ridiculous.

Called and placed an order because the app wasn’t working. Showed up and half the order was forgotten about and we waited 30 minutes for it to be cooked. We didn’t get a sorry or anything from the very rude staff. This was unacceptable!!!
