We picked up our order on July 31st and it was deducted from my account on Aug 1st. Meal was good. On Sept 23rd they charged my account the same amount! We didn’t go to Dominos on the 23rd and we’re not even in Iron Mountain that day. We do not even live in Iron Mountain!!! Having trouble getting this resolved!!! Did cancel my card cause at first I thought it was compromised. My CU told me this has happened before with Domino’s!!!! Isn’t that a crime!!! Watch your charges!!!!!

I always enjoy the pizza. What I didn’t necessarily enjoy today was the delivery! I understand delivery and being in a hurry. What I don’t understand is this, did you tilt it sideways mid delivery? I will always give the benefit of the doubt the first time around, if this happens again I am done with this location!

This Domino’s opened either in August or September of 2018 and I absolutely love it. It’s right on a intersection of the main road so you can’t miss it.
Another reason you can’t miss it is because of how high the single Domino sign is, compared to every other business in the area. What’s nice is they have a carry out window, so if you are feeling lazy that day you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own car. However, I recommend going inside the restaurant because the drive-thru can take awhile if people’s orders aren’t done yet. Thee restaurant isn’t lacking, with it’s nice spacious dinning area that has a big LCD TV, a bar seating area looking outside and and area where you can look at the works roll out the dough. The food is good, hot and done in a reasonable time and finally the customer service is fabulous!

Paid Close to $40 for a stuffed crust Medium Pizza, with a garlic bread, and a Soda. The pizza was terrible… and I mean awful. I felt so ripped off eating an over-priced pizza that tasted worse than a $6 frozen Jacks pizza.

Never been in so I gave a mid rating for atmosphere.
They aren’t very good at getting orders right, and when that happens they never send the coupons thru the mail they promise.

Who says no one does the right thing anymore? A couple of days ago I ordered a small pizza which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the window it wasn’t ready…hadn’t even been made yet. I needed it for someone that would be on their hour lunch break so asked them to cancel the order as I couldn’t wait. It was obvious that they were SLAMMED with orders (probably due to the weather). I didn’t think twice and picked up something else. The next day I called in to place another order (same item) and was told that the pizza would be free. The manager had kept track of the cancelled order and instructed the next order for me was free. I showed up to get the order and tried to pay for it…they wouldn’t take my money but told me that (as it says on the box) if you’re not completely satisfied with your experience “we will make it right”…then apologized and thanked me for my business. Now THAT’S how you run a business! My thanks to that store manager for his attention and Dominos for their great pizza…looking forward to more.
