Called for a carry out earlier. Came all the way from Petoskey, Mi to get my kids their favorite pizza. When I opened up the box this is how it looked! The crust of the bottom of the pizza was literally paper thin. It was so greasy and was hardly any sauce on the pizza. And there was ton of garlic butter like poured on top of the pizza. It was digesting and horrible. Not happy at all and will not be going back!

The food was very good and was prepared in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helped us place a custom order that she was very accommodating. They do not have dine in, which is a bummer. We were looking to eat before a long drive, so we just ate out at our car. I highly recommend the viral dominos pizza with garlic sauce, pan pizza, steak, bacon, and the triple cheese. I wouldnt get the double sauce like others have recommended. We also got the cheesy bacon tots, and those are very good.

Ordered all 3 types of the speciality tator tots, asked for extra cheese. $34+ order plus $5 tip , over an hour for delivery and no bacon on one, the rest pretty plain/ burnt. Pretty unhappy with order/ service. I will say the philly cheese steak ones were the only ones that were good.

When I walked in to pick up my order tonight (after 11pm) I was greeted with such kindness! It was so refreshing to be able to pick up food after my 8 hour shift at my customer service job and be treated so wonderfully, I don’t normally see that at other places across town. I just wanted to say that the gal working tonight did a phenomenal job, and the guy who cooked my pizza did a great job too! All around it was a 10/10 experience, thank you!

Dominos is always a go to for pizza. It’s quick, close to my house, and always consistent. Today I had the EXCEPTIONAL driver Larry. He was efficient and personable. He was meticulous and made sure to deliver our pizzas with care. Upon inspection our pizzas looked picturesque. Side note, he was playing some sweet tunes. 10/10 Larry.

Don’t know if all Domino’s pizza places are this bad. It may not be specific to this location. Decided to try their pizza for the first time. Decided on the handmade pan. It was soft and bland. Never had a pan pizza that was totally soft all the way thru like a sponge.
It doesn’t even look appetizing.

From the well designed, functional app, to the tone and demeanor of the staff and the absolute attention to detail in the packaging and presentation, to the perfectly made to order food, with high quality standards, and the way makes it to my door every time, on time – and the cheerful and professional delivery drivers… Well, it just all stands out as to why they as a corporation are a giant success.
