I want a refund. My pizza was cold and messy. Box was smashed. Pizza on the box with toppings. I’ll never order here again. $27 order wasted. Not worth it. Give me a refund !!! Loaded pepperoni bread bites and a two liter. What a waste. Refund me is the right thing to do!!! Food was cold and driver was late dropping off. He didn’t buzz door or bring up the food. I was pleasantly surprised with everything this location has to offer when it comes to pizza delivery. The options are great and the online experience is simple and quick with zero confusion. Click, Click, Delivered! The added tracker option is just a plus. Anthony…your passion for food and your professionalism were clearly visible in every aspect of the order. From start to finish it was flawless. Thank you for creating the perfect pizza experience. The Honolulu was topped with care and every inch of it was picture perfect.The Pasta Primavera was well worth trying for the first time. It was all soooo good. Not only was the food still too hot to eat upon delivery it was also still picture perfect as mentioned previously. Your commitment to what you do and your above and beyond work ethic does not go unnoticed.

Dominoes… you guys made my night. The delivery driver watched me slip on ice outside on the street and fall on my face and helped *break the ice* by telling me he didn’t mean to sweep me off my feet like that ( he checked to make sure I was okay first)I gave them a five star rating through the website cause that was hilarious and made me a lot less embarrassed. TELL ME WHY DOMINOES SENT ME A COUPON TO MY GMAIL APOLOGIZING FOR THE DELIVERY I love you guys. ❤️ don’t go for Pizza Hut, especially the one on 28th past Beltline, they suck. DOMINO’S ALL DAY (I saved the pizza and somehow ended up unscathed) had to edit the comment once you replied I realized there is no E in domino’s

Matthew is hands down, the best delivery driver and really cares about the customer. We have a family member in a nursing home. We have pizza delivered to him once a week and Matthew communicates once delivery has happened, to ensure the pizza gets from the front desk to our family member, who is bedridden. Best customer service ever!!!

First pizza had little toppings cheese and sauce. My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through and fell into pieces when I tried to pick up a slice. Slices were not cut. This is the second time thus has happened at this location. Last time I ordered they made my pizza wrong and again the slices weren’t cut and when we went to pick our slices up the crust fell apart.

I ordered thru DoorDash, but it was a Domino’s employee that delivered my food. He followed the instructions I’d left with DD perfectly, he was personable, pleasant, and amazingly fast. So fast in fact that I burned my mouth on the first bite! When’s the last time anyone remembers delivery food getting to them so quickly it’s too hot to eat right away? I only wish I’d had some cash on me to give him an extra tip. After my last pizza delivery experience with a DoorDash type service, I was reluctant to even try again; this experience makes me very glad I did.

This is my favorite domino’s restaurant. Their customer service and food is unmatched. I have only gotten food that was bad one time and it was a salad and they refunded me immediately, today when I ordered a salad they gave me an extra one and it was several days ago that I had last had the bad order. I think the opening manager remembered me and threw in an extra salad to make up for my past experience which was not necessary but so sweet and speaks to why this is the only domino’s I like to order from.

Got my crunchy thin crust feta and spinach pizza made with tomato sauce instead of creamy cheesy white sauce and no feta at all . Spinach was put on top of the mozzarela cheese so it can properly get to ashes in the oven which it did , instead of putting the cheese on top of the spinach so it can melt and crustify . Left 30% tip in advance and that was the service I got . Do not recomend ordering at this location .

I ordered from this place often. Anytime I order and the pizza maker is David, I know for a fact that it is going to be nasty every time he makes the pizza he always sends out old Pizza. Never fresh. This time I actually got sick and instead of tasting pizza sauce I actually tasted buffalo sauce. it’s weird and it’s disgusting and something needs to be done. Im sure he peels old toppings off of old pizza and put new toppings on the old pizza and he sends it off and we pay for it. He’s pretty sloppy and nasty.
