I’ve ordered from here a couple times actually, and even had my orders delivered. It was only slightly late one of the times, however they may have been slammed with delivery orders too. Considering I use to deliver pizzas a lifetime ago, a word of advice: make sure to give the driver a generous tip as they greatly appreciate it excellent service and food!!

Delivered 1 hour past the time they told me. Cut the pizza weird and not all the way through the pizza. My parmesan bread bites weren’t cooked all the way through. They had from the time I called to 2 and a half hours later to at least prepare the food proper. If you’re going to order just place it for pick up or don’t order at all.

My pizza wasn’t even cut luckily I have a pizza cutter but my crust looks like someone shoved their fingers in it! Cant even use the crust to pick up the slice. Took an hour to get here too and I live not even 5 minutes away only got a pizza bread bites and lava cakes. Ridiculous. How can you even let a pizza like this go out the door?

The delivery takes FOREVER , last ordered on Oct 26th , pizza took a hour & a half to come and was also cold , i called the manager and she said i would have to “ give back my previous pizza “ for a refund which i know for a fact isnt store policy, i hope they get it together before the store is eventually shut down.

Almost every time I have ordered from this location there are issues. One time my order was delivered almost 2 hours after placing it. The ONLY good thing about them having issues is that you then get free food because of it. So that is a plus BUT it shouldn’t happen as frequently as it does.

Would be ZERO STARS if possible. Here’s the scoop .. I am currently waiting for housing. I am sleeping in a tent in the woods. I’m very productive and every moment of my time is very important. Naturally when I saw the Pin Point delivery app I was elated. I was in my bosses Bentley when I ordered. He was dropping me at the gas station on Madison. I indicated all of this within the app. We waited in the vehicle for 20 min. He had to drop me to get home. I ordered the Pizza 1 hour prior to closing. I waited at the Gas station a half hour after closing as the app said the driver had left to deliver my pizza. I never received a pizza. I will never use this service again without some type of Guarantee. They took money out of my checking quicker than you can sneeze, however they have yet to refund my order. I called. I filed a report online via the complaint form. I have contested the $12 through my banking app as well. We all know how long that can take. Just be careful when using their services. Pick a store in a good area with low crime. Sad to have to say this. Courdinate with a human at the store and don’t assume an app has your best intentions at hand. Convenience is wonderfully bitter sweet. We pay more yes, we also have food delivered to our laps. As a whole our society has become lazy when it comes to oversight and making sure the receipt matches the app deduction. I myself have missed things. I didn’t miss this though as I left on foot with PAIN in my stomach. Penniless and hungry I retired to my humble abode. A tent with few amenities. However I’m Grateful for everything I have. Domino’s you make me angry
