I ordered a sausage pepperoni pizza last week and only 3.5 slices of pizza had any sausage.
I used the app to complain and I was comped the next pizza. I ordered a Philly cheese steak too and it’s the first time I’ve tried anything other than pizza and it was hot, filling and delicious.
Because the acknowledged my complaint and made things right by comping my newest order I’m more than happy to give the establishment 5 STARS

I usually order at this location exclusively and generally quite pleased with the service and food. But I was a bit disappointed today. As always good fast friendly service but low on the food quality meter.
The 2 hand tossed pizzas were light on cheese and the Sausage pizza was very light on sausage. Only 1-3 pieces per slice. The pepperoni I’d give a 3.5/5 and the Sausage a 2.5/5.
The thin crust was burnt around the edge which made those pieces almost inedible. Also hardly any sauce. But loaded with pepperoni which I suppose was a good thing. This one in the center slices I would probably say a 3.7/5 and the edge slices a 1.5/5
The only bright note was the Parmesan bites. They were slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Topped well with butter and Parmesan. These I’d go 4.5/5 and definitely would order again hoping for the same quality.

They were extremely understaffed. The people that showed up were working hard but I still had to sit there for 1 hour and 15 minutes past the time the website said to pick up my order. They also shorted me a pizza and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back about it. Hard to be mad at the employees when they’re working short, easy to be mad at the management that can’t staff the store properly.

Very rude manager poor customer service I had placed an order online was gonna do curbside service I decided to go to the counter to get my food so that I could get napkins with my order the manager was nasty to me about why I chose to do it that way I explained to him I’m just making sure I got some napkins he proceeded to tell me to get out and get my food I didn’t appreciate his aggressive behavior nor tone asked him his name he said he wasn’t going to tell me it I asked the other employee was he a manger he said yes…. It needed to be clean up better in the background very messy and the crust was burnt I’m waiting on corporate to report it properly

The food? Same as always, not a damn thing I’d change…the pricing? Perfect, the deals are hot and they just dropped 50% off. Now the only issue? Time, not against them for being understaffed of course, Caleb(who i assume i talked to, the manager) was very kind about my order when I called and asked about it. Got the oder that calls you to pick two for $6.99 each. Pizzas and Buffalo wings we got. The wings were somewhat bland since the last time I got them & with the sauce on top of them made them kinda mushy, probably won’t order those again but at least the pizza was good, fresh and hot. Friendly employees each time I’ve gone in for pickup. Small place no room to eat inside but clean & decently kept in appearance. Will keep ordering the pizzas for sure.
