Why just why?!? I would rather you charged more for the chicken than to change the pieces of chicken because this was the saddest half a serving I’ve ever received in the numerous times I got this pineapple chicken!!!
I opened the box and was like what where’s the other half of my chicken what is this I’m gonna eat all of this in one setting which I’ve never done by the way the chicken pieces were decently sized!!! Anyways now I have to be mindful and I guess order 2 of them next time!! Thank goodness I had the Parmesan knots to pair with it but ugh I’m still hungry and frustrated!
So me being me I called Dominoes and expressed my dissatisfaction only to be told “oh you probably got the accurate portion because we have to weigh the food now…. But like what in the world!! Measure that food with your heart please give me extra toppings give me bigger pieces of chicken!!! Seriously I’m so annoyed and possibly even more hangry than before I even opened the box.
Anyways just letting you all know they are measuring their ingredients now and it’s !!

Placed an online order that was made incorrectly. Receipt doesn’t show the sauce selected, so I called to find out if the error was on my end or theirs and to get my pizza remade correctly. Shawn answered and was quite rude. He literally said “nope, you ordered incorrectly, you selected the wrong sauce” and hung up on me. Gave me no chance to ask questions or request a new order. So I called back and got Aidan. Who was very kind and helpful. He got the manager on the phone, who was able to tell me that the online order was placed incorrectly, and even though my receipt shows no sauce selection, explained on his end it does and he can show the order to me. I asked him if I could just get a new order placed correctly as that’s what I was attempting to do originally, but was hung up on. He stated “yeah, he does that often with his attitude”. He said he could get the pizza remade correctly, just bring the other back. So kudos to Aidan and his manager (forgive me I forgot your name, or maybe I didn’t get it?) for being so kind!!!!

Entire staff is disrespectful and the delivery driver are in capable of reading addresses or using common sense. All of the managers hang up on you once you have an issue and call about it. Haven’t had a single decent experience with the store. Do Muskegon a favor and close it down.
