The staff was very friendly and the service was speedy. We ordered online and went inside immmediately after we ordered. We were greeted as we entered. We recived the pizza right out of the oven. It had a nice crispy crust. Our only issue was that we ordered green olives but received green peppers. It is easy to see how that could happen and we did eat the pizza. However if someone had an allergy it might have been a larger issue. I still rated 5 stars because everything else was above average.

Medium pizza is actually small… The dough was raw, there is no flavor to the sauce and very little on pizza and NO cheese?? Never again, the has station pizza was 100% better.

Ordered one of the specialty pizzas online for them to give me a pizza with original sauce and no Alfredo sauce when I ordered a spinach feta as they make it for the specialty pizza nothing special about the sauce as it should’ve been the Alfredo sauce and when I called and said that I clicked on that one and didn’t make anything special about it She yelled at me repeatedly telling me she couldn’t fix it because I placed it online and that’s what I ordered. The only way they would’ve used red sauce as if I would’ve requested that and I didn’t make anything special about the pizza. It should’ve came as they make it regularly. Very poor customer service !!

We ordered pizza because it claimed that. Get any pizza any toppings anything that you want for 999 but when you go into the app and you’re looking they’re charging for this they’re charging for that you can only get so much of this and so much of that. So that’s a bunch of back. We did end up buying a pizza even though I didn’t want to. And it was awful tasted awful. There was only one girl working. The pizza sauce had no flavor. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Would not recommend anyone to order from their little Caesars is right beside it and their pizza so much better.

I ordered this same order at a different domino’s location ( 1025 division Ave S grand rapids) and the food was delicious there. This restaurant sold me raw wings and the stuffed cheesy bread was really doughy and the cheese unmelted.
Definitely not worth the $50 and I’d like my money back!!

When got our order the pizza looked burned, asked for extra cheese medium pizza and it looks like a regular pizza, ordered a large pepperoni and mushrooms, and there were very minimal mushrooms and the pizza looked more burnt than fresh. I’m disappointed. Also we live just outside of town about 6 miles north and they can’t deliver to my home. Every other pizza restaurant does except Domino’s.

Ordered my pizza around 5:20 didn’t get it till 6:40 i understand they are busy being as they just opened so the time didn’t bother me till i received my pizza and not only is it flipped around but it wasn’t even hot. This is pretty ridiculous for a business that just opened. I want my money back and i will not be returning.

Bottom of the barrel customer service. It’s really “methed up” if you get my drift. Pizzas can’t go in the oven within 30 mins, and no ETA time is “possibly given”. Then they deny you the store credit they promise you when you give them a shot again when you go back. What a joke!
