I ordered 11 pizzas, including 2 gluten free, online to be picked up at 11:00 Saturday morning for a surprise party. The Dominoes app told me the progress of the order! The pizzas were ready when we got there and all of them were exactly as ordered . I definitely will use this Dominoes in Jackson Mi on Francis Street again.

I was waiting on my pizza to be delivered and I went to check the mail and I seen a Domino’s Pizza at my neighbor’s door so I want to see if my name was on the receipt and it was so I brought it home and I opened the box and I ordered a meat extravaganza pizza, and I was extremely disappointed With what I saw so I went to have a piece and it wasn’t even cut the whole way so now I just have pizza sauce I paid $19.50 for plus a $5.50 tip

Ordered around 10 took about an hour for “quality check” finally left the store at 11:41 and the driver was at a stand still at another house for AN HOUR and didn’t start moving until 12:38AM they close at 12AM. Absolutely ridiculous for only 3 items.

Funny they can’t wait to ask you how your experience was after you ordered but when you let them know it was terrible and the order/delivery was screwed up they are no longer interested in talking to you. Lol. What happened to a time when people took a tiny amount of pride in what they do? Apparently lazy has taken over at the corporate level!

We ordered almost $50 worth of food for pick up only to get there to be told they do not take 50 or 100 dollar bills..did not see that fact posted anywhere..its understandable if you dont want accept larger bills but it should be noted on the web site and front door.

Haven’t tried Dominos in a long time.
Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni and payed an extra 5 bucks for it.

Order an hour before if you want your order quickly. The Order started 8:49 pm and it was supposed to be ready in 16-20 mins. But it started after I reached store after 30 mins and it took around 15-20 mins to get that ready. So it took around 1 hr for me to get my order ready from the time I ordered my pizza to get it ready. Didn’t expect this from domino’s.

The worst pizza I’ve ever got there was bare spots on top where there was no cheese no toppings and no sauce. Also they took over an hour to deliver my pizza and the Salad I order was upside down. I would not recommend this place to anyone and when I try to call back to complain no one answered the phone shame on you Domino’s pizza.
