The worst customer service that I have ever had. I ordered a pizza for my moms birthday and paid for it online. She is in a nursing home so what a great present. At delivery, they charged one the the nurses for the pizza. When I contacted the store, after calling 10 times, they said that my card had been declined. There is no reason why the card should have been declined. When asked why that was not convened to me when I ordered she had no response. I then asked to pay for the order and have the nurses card reimbursed, and she told me I was out of luck. I will never do business with this shady store again.

I ordered my meal at the counter to take home. I ordered an oven baked dip. It came with bread twists that were amazing. The cheese dip was
heated and served in an aluminum foil pan. This made it very difficult to get anything out of it. Most stays stuck to the sides and is wasted. I called and the female “manager” told me about how popular it was and how many ounces it was neither of which I asked. She said it was made perfectly and she would do nothing about it even though they put a seemly worthless guarantee on their boxes. Business must be so good you can treat paying customers like crap. There is no shortage of pizza restaurants in Marshall.

It has been a personally rough day. I wanted a quick easy meal. Ordered dominoes, (pizza and pop). Then (key horror film music) I get a phone call. A “young lady” from Domino saying she had a question. She wanted me to clarify my directions. The drive can be a little tricky. So no worries but it wasn’t directions (spent a few minutes clarifying) it was did I want my pizza left in my apartment. Swear!! I was a little dumbfounded and must admit until this point we had been on phone for more than few moments. Domino “girl” now has my full attention. I couldn’t quite wrap my head around it. So it took me a “of course not, I have never been asked that before.” It didn’t end there. So I asked her to read me the whole message about directions that led to this call. She said it says “inside on floor “ yes inside the building (there are a few apartments that are direct accessible) mine is as stated ~inside the big glass door on the floor. My apartment is 5555. She asked again. Lord have mercy. Then it hit me she is a kid. It’s a week day and she should be in school. My only logical conclusion. Set her off. She started yelling at me! Telling me to not talk over her. I was dumbfounded!! Absolutely crazy. So 5 minutes into a rough conversation, I was done. Had given her adequate answers and was done. Hung up and this crazy Domino employee canceled my order. Absolutely was that one little thrust to push me to my breaking point. Started crying which of course really had me steamed over such a silly thing to cry over. I obviously needed the cry more than I needed a late lunch.

Ordered a pizza today like I do any other time. Put in the notes. Need change for 100$ bill. They sent the driver. Tole they can’t make change. I asked if the cot is bring the change back for a 10$ tip. Told me no. Was very rude. Called the manger. She cussed me out and hung up on my face. So I went to the store where she proceded to use profanity and be rude and not want to serve a customer of 20 years and worked there for 4 years. She was very rude. She used a lot of dirty language. She did not want to make the situation right she did not want to apologize. She refused me service. She did not wanna let me pay for my food. I don’t even know how she became a manager.

Received a pizza with white sauce that was quite a mess. First pizza, you can see how the sauce was so heavy that the sauce moved and got all over the crust. Second pizza is still a bit heavy handed on the white sauce. It doesn’t need much of it. But it will do. Speed of service and taste is always great. Received my first pizza within a little over 20 minutes. Received the second one around the 20 minute mark as well. It would’ve taken any other pizza place more than the two times combined that to make and deliver our food.

I had ordered at 6:07pm and had waited for an HOUR!! If you’re gonna use the app and show your pickup time of when it’s finished, don’t do it, it’s half of the time correct, and they seemed so disorganized too, it looked like they was just putting many different orders in the oven but not one at the time.

The pizza is good. This order and the last were not right. I think I will pick up inside instead of drive thru so I can open it infront of them. This pizza doesn’t have the extra cheese and the mushrooms and onions were ordered for the right side and the green olives and red peppers were ordered for the left side. All that is on one side. Probably understaffed and rushed.

Ordered a pasta went back in asked them if I could buy some more cheese to add to my pasta and she refused and when I asked for a manager She told me she was the manager and was very rude about it. Not sure why I couldn’t buy a side of cheese, but Will never visit Marshall Domino’s again.
