Ordered food online and received notification that food was ready. I sent my 14 year old inside to pick items up and he was told it would be 14 more minutes. He goes back in 20 minutes later to be told our food was already picked up. I went inside and asked, they tell me someone with my name already picked it up. This is impossible. I offer to show them my ID to prove I didn’t pick the food up. The woman making pizzas starts complaining about having to remake my food (that they gave away). She’s slamming pans, screaming about “Happy Turkey Day” and how she hates people. At this point, I ask to have my money refunded. Another staff member comes from the back to refund my money, meanwhile the original staff member continues to be rude with me, asking why I’m upset. I tell her that I’ve waited over an hour and paid $50 for food I don’t have. She continues going on and on. I asked her repeatedly to stop talking to me and to go back to making her pizzas. She will not. Repeatedly asking ME what is wrong with me. She obviously was upset about making pizzas the day before Thanksgiving and the fact that she made a mistake but took it out on me (The customer) AFTER I had already wasted time and money and was going home empty handed. My anger at the situation was probably a 4/10 when I went into the store but a 15/10 when I left. The kicker, this woman said she was the manager, Val. I really feel sorry for the staff that work with her. I could tell by their faces/reactions that this is common behavior for her. The part that is most upsetting to me was being treated/talked to that way in front of my child. I’m currently waiting for a call back from the store owner but will never spend my money here again.

Picked up 2 delicious pizzas last evening to take to our nearby hotel. ExtravaganZZa and Pacific Veggie. Both were piping hot, fresh, and tasty! The gents working were super friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommend!

We usually don’t order from this location because they are so inconsistent in their quality. We tried again after months of ordering from their competitor. The guy on the phone read our order back correctly but we ended up with the wrong salad and pizza. We had to order over phone because the app had a “technical issue.”

Food was great and the employees were working hard but let me say this. I asked how his day was going because i also work in sales and i was just trying to be nice. I ordered a pizza today, and it was missing jalapeño. I even ordered EXTRA jalapeño, yet it was completely missing. The EXACT same thing happened with my last order from this store. When I called back then, the guy said everything looked normal, so I let it go.
It happened again today, so I called, frustrated. The woman who answered said, “I would have handled this differently, but I’m not going to. Why are you coming at me like that? I’m sick.” Then she added, “Why don’t you go back where you came from?” or something similar.
First of all, I am not responsible for your sickness. I did not force you to work while sick.
Second, I wasn’t yelling, swearing, or being aggressive. I calmly explained what happened, asking why this kept happening and stating that it shouldn’t.
Third, racism. BIG PROBLEM, the main reason I am writing this.
If you don’t handle this properly, I will seek legal action, media support—whatever it takes.
You have the record, so listen to it.
