I ordered online, apparently they didn’t have the soda I wanted which is fine. I had a missed call and tried to call back multiple times, everytime the phone would answer I would hear nothing at all. The driver got here and I heard him dropping each item I ordered on the ground (rude but whatever) I call the store and finally reached somebody to tell them that we got the wrong soda, the person on the other end told me “it’s yours to do whatever you want with” not “I’m sorry, do you want me to refund?” I’ve worked here before and I know that you can give credit at the very least. It’s just a soda so it’s not a big deal in that sense but they were very dismissive and gave excuses and offered no option to make it right…

Taste good every 1 to 5 visits. Have asked for extra cheese and sauce and we get the pizza that looks dryer than a normal pizza that is not asked to get extra stuff on it.

I don’t know what happened here, but the quality of the food coming out of this particular Dominos has gone downhill. The crust is not right. The food has been burned, and yet arrives partly cold (don’t think it’s the driver for that). Last three orders have had plenty wrong with them. Not something a free pizza is going to fix for me at this point.

My entire experience at this domino’s was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, from how clean the store was to the atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh out the oven, and the customer service I received from a guy named caleb was amazing, he was so respectful and professional and quick, he had such a positive attitude and because of this experience I will definitely be returning to this store from now on and will tell all my friends and family about this store. Thank you caleb and staff for such a pleasant experience with you guys and thank you for the delicious food.

Janet is awesome and always makes the best pizzas. The staff in general are always super warm and friendly, I have YET to have a bad experience here. Also open late, which is great for nightowls.

Food was fine. Service was abysmal. Atmosphere awful. The building was 90 degrees inside. Nobody asked me about my order when I walked in. It took 15 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. I did a call ahead order and still waited over an hour because they lost my order and even though I sat there for an hour only one person asked about my order and it was a driver. When I finally got my food I barely got an apology and absolutely no compensation for my misery. I will never go back

They cook my pezza just the way I like it too be i don’t like my pezza dark so they ask me when the pezza comes out of the oven if it’s ok if I say it’s not they slide it back in and when It comes back out they ask if its ok they box it up for me .
