They make orders quickly, but don’t bother ordering extra toppings, they will just give you the same and make excuses. Don’t expect your order to be prepared correctly. If you ask for unseasoned crust they’ll just season it anyway and give you an excuse.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Forgot my pop and my sauces took 25 mins to get them and I live about 5 mins from the store. The chicken was burnt and cold by the time I got to eat it with my sauce. The brownie/cookie was also hard as a rock threw most of that out.

I ordered 4 X-large pizzas on 10/4/24, pickup at 3:30pm. The Buffalo Chicken pizza had no sauce on it whatsoever. You can see it in the picture. Also, the Extravaganza pizza sauce is so thin, I can’t taste it. I had to pick up the toppings to see if any was there. I shouldn’t have to pay more money for extra sauce if their is barely anything on it to begin with. Quite disappointing.

I have my favorite personal delivery guy here in Saint Johns his name is Joe. He is amazing and very personable. He has even come to check out my garden in the back yard as a friend. Great and fast service, Always hot and perfect. Love my community dominos!

App was difficult to make work, but pizzas and service both get 5 stars! (For a chain pizza!) UPDATE: 2/15/22 ~ Another issue ordering, this time when I called in, once I got done, the call center hung up on me… As figured, when I got to the store, as I assumed there was no order waiting. The young man working the counter did his very best to make me happy, and actually did! Well mannered, and professional staff at the store… Even if the computer call center doesn’t have such good help!
