Dominoes is the ONLY app that won’t take my debit card (which it had previously done) but it quit working a couple months ago. When I try paying with PayPal, the app won’t allow me to add a tip. Unfortunately I don’t keep cash at home. So, sorry for your driver. However, you have a high delivery fee and at least half the time they forget something. I have made you aware of the debit card problem and it was just shrugged off. But those Parm bites are the best!

I did not realize that I selected “hand it to me” on the website for delivery since I never use delivery. I assumed itd be dropped on the porch and told my child to watch out for the pizza. He comes running up telling me he needs to get dressed that the pizza is here. Thinking he wanted to bundle up to go on the porch i follow him down stairs and the pizza man is in the open doorway on the porch! I screamed ! The young man waited on the porch to hand me the pizza! Im glad he wasnt angry with us for taking up time. He also knocked to let me know our sweet cat was still outside. How kind! I had already pretipped 20% but i felt bad for not having any cash to give him. Dominos is literally the best fast pizza/pasta/wings around. The quality and temp is always perfect. Im super impressed with the delivery service.

I didn’t even get my pizzas after waiting an hour and a half after ordering. I go inside to check and hear them saying they have to remake one after making it wrong. An hour and a half wait for a pizza is just ridiculous to me. I could of drove to brents pizza in perry and had a much superior pizza.

I’ve never had issues that they couldn’t resolve right away. Good to excellent customer service all around. However I wish that they’d bring back the 5 cheese bread twist options and the pasta dishes. I don’t order as much because of that.

This is only the second time that I’ve ordered from here in a year. I decided to give them a try and ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. It literally had 5 pieces of chicken and the ranch was tasteless.l, it definitely was not worth the money. The bread and bacon were ok. The only thing good was the delivery.

Ordered online as told by employee to get a coupon order. Arrived for pickup and told 30-40 minute wait. The lady in front of us was told 30 minute wait for her online order. We canceled our order as did she. Looked at the online order and it said someone was preparing it. (They weren’t) We were both told “we aren’t prioritizing on line orders, we are doing call in orders.” We tried to contact corporate and it can only be done by email or text. Translated, they don’t want to be bothered. We drove 15 miles one way then back with no dinner. Won’t happen again.

Disappointed again. Tracker says the food is ready and it will be here at 6:50 it didn’t arrive until 7:30. The service is terrible on a regular basis, I could understand if it happened maybe once but this is every single time with this place. I have had expired food served to me that the delivery driver had to go back and replace which took over an hour, I have been told please come back in about 45 minutes after waiting for 30 already, I have had a manager make rude comments toward me, I have been served pizza in a smashed box, and it regularly takes an hour+ when the app says 15-30 minutes. This is not acceptable and corporate or the owner needs to step in here. This is absolutely ridiculous. I try to avoid this place and only order maybe once or twice a year but even then it is just still the same old garbage. I am absolutely fed up with this Domino’s, I have never had service this consistently bad over years of ordering from a place.

This is the absolute WORST Domino’s I have ever eaten at. Delivery ALWAYS takes an hour or more to arrive even when I’m 5 minutes away from the store and when it does they always screw something up. I really wish corporate or someone would do something here, if it weren’t for the Domino’s name this place would have lost all of it’s business long ago.
