Hate to give 1 star as I’m a regular customer and love the pizza. The service is normally fast and friendly. However, after getting our pizza home we found larvae (fly eggs) on our pizza. So gross… They did offer to replace the pizza but who in their right mind would want another pizza under the circumstance. A refund may have been a better approach.

This Domino’s is following the Typical coprate way of today. Raise prices, less quantity and zero quality. I’m not sure if they changed vendors or what but the chicken bites were not good at all. It’s unfortunate, beginning to run out of decent food places for a quick bite.

Ordered two pizzas and wings for pick up. Got home and the wings and one pizza were still hot, but one was cold and old. Can’t believe they would send out a cold/old pizza!

I feel really sad to give this location a 2, because since moving to Ionia we have always been pleased with their pizza. I was going to call the store to complain but I really didn’t have the energy. We always get the exact same pizza with the same everything. I knew there was a problem when I put the pizza cutter through the pizza and it was like cardboard. Usually when you lift these pieces of pizzas up you need two hands to keep the cheese and toppings on it. This time it was completely straight, extremely thin and also cold. I had one piece and really didn’t want to finish that. My rating is only a 2 because the garlic knots were good. Also, a note for the owners, it would be nice if customers who purchased multiple sauces would get them in a small bag. I do try to support your small business since I’m pretty sure you live right down the street.

Been ordering from this restaurant for almost 3 years with no issues, they have always delivered on time and hot. Tonight was a different experience. Food was slated for delivery at 7:13pm and the driver grabbed the wrong order, no big deal, called the restaurant and was told he was picking it right up and coming back.. we live 3 minutes away on a bad day. 23 minutes later the order still was not here so I called and was told “yeah it’s on its way” when I inquired if it had been remade since it was not almost 25 minutes from the first delivery attempt and almost an hour from when it was ordered they said “no it’s the same order, should be there any minute” I asked the associate if he is saying that cold pizza is coming and he says “yeah.. sorry..” I spoke to a manager from there whose only solutions were keep the cold pizza and take a refund or get a hot replacement with no compensation for the long wait, the poor customer service, or the lies told to me about my order being picked up and brought right back out to me, but I could keep the cold food. Ridiculous customer service and even more ridiculous manager.

I got delivery tonight and I ordered chicken Alfredo. There is no option on the app to take the pasta out. So tell me why there is NO pasta??? Just chicken and sauce?? This is not the first time they have messed up my order. They also took over an hour to do my order. Basically if the sun’s down don’t order from here, they’re basically incompetent.

Domino’s customer service dept does everything right. All the staff at this location have been great and if there is an error, between the staff and corporate they make it right. The topping quality, sauce and dough have always been consistently great.
