This store needs a retraining on customer service and how to make food in a timely manner. Unfortunately this store has gotten worse over the last couple years. I’ve gone to other stores and it usually takes 15 minutes to get my order. Every time I come to this store I get “we have been busy” is why my food takes 45 minutes. Well all of the other stores are “busy” and it only takes them 15 minutes. What ever happened to 30 minutes or less? With technology, ovens have gotten better, orders are more organized, people have to use less effort to make food due to technology but this store takes longer than anyone. Management is responsible but won’t take the blame. They always try to blame the customers for their failures!!!! Fire the managers!!!!

The food was okay but the pizza was not fully cut so I have picked another local place that can cut a pizza correctly.I really can see why dominos is going broke globally. Hopefully this location under performs an shuts down, so another decent mom and pop place can move in and make good pizza and cut it correctly .

Dylan was the delivery guy and was super nice and polite. Got here fast. The Taco pizza was AMAZING, hot, perfectly cooked get extra chicken! also had the boneless. YUM..this was a winning combo. Ceaser salad was also really good. Dominos has really upped their game and is top notch. Highly recommend Holt location. 10 stars

The pizza is alright but the customer service and order times at this location are terrible. I got a notification saying my order was ready only to be told that it just got put in the oven when I went in to pick it up so come back in 5-7 minutes. Then having to stand in line watching my pizza get cold on the shelf after I’ve already paid so that the cashier can field complaints from other customers. When I ask if I can have it getting told “not now sir, I’ll help you in a minute” despite their claim in the app of “skip the line just come in and get your pizza without waiting” Just awful. I’ll stick with Caesars or Howie’s from now on if I’m on this side of town.

Food was delivered hot, fresh and really quick. Dylan was our delivery driver, he was super nice, friendly and very polite.
