Ordered food last night. Asked for them to start making it at 9. Got there at 9:07 and the food was congealed and lukewarm. Barely any toppings on the pizza, chicken was dry, and the salad had soggy pieces in there ♀️ Was supposed to have a credit applied to my account and there isn’t any. Just called and the person who answered the phone(Richard) was rude. He said they weren’t open yet and I went on to ask when they did open and while I was asking he says 10:30 and after I was done talking he retorted with “I already said what time” need better customer service. Was my first time ordering from that store and never again.

Something is off lately. Past two times I’ve ordered the sauce and cheese have tasted different than usual (and not in a good way). Sides are always good though. Not sure if it’s Dominos in general changing ingredients or just a quality control problem at this location.

We’ve never had any problems with this Domino’s, food was always fresh and delivery always fast and friendly.
This time our order was delivered incomplete. We tried the app it offered a coupon for next time. We called the store, no apology, driver forgot. Tried to offer another coupon. No, all we wanted was what we ordered and paid for together so we can eat it together. We were told to wait until the driver completed the other deliveries first and he’d bring our missing items about 20 minutes later. Again, no apology, no refund.
That’s okay, plenty of other pizza places to fulfill our at least weekly pizza ordering. App removed.

It is quick and delicious. Nine times out of time everything is spot on. When it is not, there customer service is phenomenal. The second time we ordered from here they forgot our sauce sides. You have to pay for sauce, so we asked for them to run back and grab some. To make it worth their time we also ordered bread sticks. They come back in under 30 minutes with bread in tow, but had forgotten the sauces again. They admitted that by the time they get back our original pizza will probably be cold, so we put the pizza they gave us in the freezer, and they delivered us a new hot pizza, the sauce we needed originally, and gave us $10 off on our next purchase. Their online ordering is also great; heir site is super clean and simple. You can even place an order for a future time that day or on a later date. This is great for planning out future pizza parties, or if you know you want pizza as soon as you get home!
