Absolutely rude manager and horrible customer service. I work at a local school and we attempted to call and order for several staff members. Was told, very rudely, that they didn’t deliver to Ithaca, even after being told multiple times we are a school in Alma. The woman who claimed to be the manager hung up on 2 of the people who called trying to explain the address. Not even an hour later another staff member had their own food delivered here after ordering on the app. So clearly they do deliver here.

Ordered carryout and it wasn’t til opening it at home that I discovered that I only received 2 out of 4 of the sauce cups I paid for. Ordered a 5 topping pizza and it only came with 4 toppings. Ordered extra cheese, but seems as if I was given the regular amount of cheese. And the pizza seemed a little over cooked.

I was a little skeptical after reading latest reviews but our pizza was ready and waiting for us. The check out girl didn’t know how to sell us a couple of pops, so she had to ask for help but hey, it was her first day. The pizza was ok, I pulled off a couple of green peppers that tasted and acted more like a twig, but overall it was an okay pizza.

There’s no reason it takes 40 minutes for 2 16 pieces bread bites. This is worst dominos out of all the ones I’ve been to. Might as well make the drive to the next closest one theyd have it done quicker and be made way better. The parm bites barely have anything on them anymore as well. This dominos is a rip off.

There’s a problem when I’m paying for a chicken Alfredo bowl and literally only the bottom of the pan is covered. 2 noodles deep is how much I got and a literal puddle of grease. This is the 3rd time now. 5 cheese dip is burnt and like rubber. Parmesan bites – burnt. Every part of our order was burned and gross. This place seems to be going downhill.

**SEE PHOTOS** Ordered an Italian sub, Parmesan bites with five cheese dipping sauce, lava cakes and Alfredo pasta. It took an hour to get delivered, ok, it’s a Saturday evening. Everything is burnt!! The five cheese dipping sauce was so over cooked, you couldn’t dip anything in it. And there was barely anything there. Tried stirring it with a fork and the little thin layer of “sauce” that was there, crumbled and was stuck to the pan it came in. The Alfredo pasta was burnt, and barely had any sauce. The Italian sandwich was burnt and literally had nothing on one end of the sandwich. Haven’t tried the lava cakes yet, but they are hard as a rock around the edges. Only thing decent is the Parmesan bread bites. Only reason they’re getting one star, is because I can’t give zero stars.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!! THIS IS NOT HOW A MANAGER SHOULD RUN THEIR STORE. as a person that has worked fast food for a little while. I can honestly say this manager does NOT know how to handle this store. FIRST of all the first pizza I ordered had BLACK olives on it along with other toppings for the $9.99 deal and then my other order (separate) had onions and green olives on half. I took my time on the first order so I KNOW it wasn’t messed up! But hey mix ups happen and the store called me I spoke to the employee explained the 2 separate orders 2 or 3 times. Employee said alright we will get them made and I’ll talk to my manager but ur pizzas will be made. I said thank u and we hung up. So my grandpa goes to pick up the pizzas drives all the way back home for them to give me 2 of the same pizzas (thank goodness no one was allergic to what we had on the pizza) so I called back spoke to the manager explained what happen and she said well that’s what we have on the screen for ur order mind u the person previously said I’ll just delete the extra one on the other order (that was the same) so the manager wouldn’t make it right what so ever. And to top it all off WE WEREN’T THE ONES THAT PAID FOR THE PIZZA someone ELSE paid for our messed up order. And the manager said well we gave u the one for free. Which tells me that some people were just trying to cover their mistakes. NOT THRILLED this place use to be super nice and understanding and has now went down hill very fast. Just opened my bread sticks, and there’s 2 missing!! As I got to the store to pick up the order, all of the employees were all outside! Horrible customer service!! Pizza still tastes good though.
