Usually this location is great and fast but the past 3 times we’ve ordered our pizzas have been very skimpy on the cheese. I even added more kinds of cheese and there’s actual bald spots. Just dried out dough. Occasionally sides are over cooked. Disappointing.

Food is always delicious. It’s the supervisor with the tattoo behind her right ear thats very unprofessional and rude. Management really needs to have a chat with her and have some retraining on the customer service side of things. This is how businesses lose loyal customers. Worst part is instead of helping customers she’s to worried about her Bluetooth in her ear and talking on the phone.

I ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, Philly steak, and pepperoni. I didn’t get extra cheese and the pizza was burnt. When I put a complaint in they offered me a free 2 topping pizza. Stay away from this location unless you like burnt food and missing items.

Literally disgusting. Has no sauce on it whatsoever the cheese is crispy cause they over cooked it and it’s barely even cut. Oh and don’t even think of ordering sauces they won’t give you them and say they “forgot” smh

I’m only leaving a review because this is now the 3rd time I’ve ordered something and they have not made it right. I purposely order the garlic read twist because I like them with just the garlic. I do not like Parmesan cheese at all. And this is the 3rd time that I’ve picked up my order and they have put Parmesan cheese on them. And in turn I can’t eat them because I find it disgusting. Please prepare food the way it should be and not add ingredients. Most times I order them they are made right, but it’s happened enough times now that I’m frustrated. I would select to have the ingredient removed since I don’t like it, but it’s not an option since it’s not supposed to be on there! I can wipe it off, but then it takes off all the garlic so I’m eating dry bread. Can’t soak up the garlic in the container because it’s all soaked up by the nasty Parmesan cheese.

What is Domino’s doing. I use to love there pizza. I order a new york with ham and chicken with extra cheese and extra sauce. Hardley any chicken on slices and not that great. They need to do better. Pictures dont lie so i post a pic.

The only pizza we order, always fresh done on time and service is outstanding! Love the new westside Euclid location with open area to watch them make their magic! Very clean, and goes outta their way to fix any issues! They even provided me a free pizza when mine fell off the seat onto the car floor! Keep up the great work…

Not only was my kids food 3 hours late tonight, it was cold, they only had one driver. I called and tried to ask about the coupon that was emailed to me because of the long wait and the guy that answered not only cut me off in the middle of a sentence, was very rude, then hung up on me after saying he has nothing to do with anything! Absolutely disgusting behavior!
