I ordered one singular NY style pizza for delivery that only had banana pepper and pepperoni on it and cooked well done. What probably should’ve taken 20 minutes to make and get here took over an hour. By the time it arrived, it wasn’t even the NY style pie they advertise, it was just the standard hand tossed. And it also had pineapple on it. Then it barely had any sauce and was so dry that it was flaking apart in my hands. Genuinely the worst pizza I have ever had. And I tipped over 20% for my delivery too so not sure what I did to deserve this lol.
Also, tried to call and get a refund and had to sit on hold for over 10 minutes and no one even picked back up. Didn’t have the time of day so I emailed instead and just got a lame coupon. Won’t be eating here again anyway so why would I want that?

I order from here a lot, well that’s now over! I Never felt so disrespected and disgusted while seeking assistance for a refund for an order that I received that wasn’t mines, I mean not one item! They were closing so they didn’t answer as they seem to be deaf when the phone rings on other occasions anyhow. They kept hanging up in my face , I call right back. After that some weird, obviously miserable lady gets on the phone mad because I wanted a refund, and had a whole lot of time to waste on everything accept getting to the bottom of the situation. Just weird and big mad, making sarcastic comments, being the Karen that she is! Definitely not the type of people you want preparing your food! I never felt so provoked!! I wouldn’t Oder here again if it were the only restaurant available in the city. And to think this was a so called manager. After all the money I spent here using the online app, the first time I run into an issue, this is the way I’m treated. As I’m getting off the call she says have a nice LI – night, as if I wouldn’t catch on. However I actually will continue to have a nice life, making great money and not having to sit in places like Dominos hot box miserably taking orders to earn it!

What is going on with this store? Seriously. I placed my order at 2:40pm went to pick it up at 3pm, got told it would take another 30 minutes and that made me angry so I left, wasted my gas going up there for pickup. Plus how does it take you an hour to make 1 pizza and some bread bites? So I wait and watched the tracker, its been 45 minutes and nothing so I called and I got no apology this whole time about my wait and got told it’ll be done in another 10 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes to make 1 pizza and some bread bites, are you kidding me? I am beyond angry about this whole experience. If I go up there in 10 minutes and its not done I might flip out. I am seriously owed a big apology! Get better workers! What happened to you guys!?

They’re a joke. They will place you on hold for over 30 mins at a time then when you hang up and call back they have an attitude, truly disgusting people zero respect for others. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. On top of there disrespect everytime I go there I see Orkin, the staff say it’s nothing but when I asked the pest control guy he said there’s roaches. Lol they banned me from ordering here for lieing to my face in person about my pizza being done in ten minutes when I already waited 40 I am now banned for leaving this honest review I’ll be contacting corporate that’s if they even issue the refund I’m owed
I ordered my food at 11 and watched the tracker I left after 30 minutes to get the food they looked busy so I waited to walk in mabey even 5 minutes when I went in I was billed off my card that won’t be fully refunded for a few business days now but they said 10 more minutes and billed me I sat outside for over ten minutes then went back in to ask the other worker informed me my food had not even been started yet but she could start making it worst fast pizza service I’ve gotten ever
the one on Ballenger and Miller isn’t any better burnt or under cooked food there so I’d go to Fenton rd till this we didn’t get any dinner tonight after paying ahead waiting and planing to have this for my house ruined dinner by after midnight everything is closed she said the other worker that told me 10 minutes and didn’t even start my food had a long day and didn’t know better figures I could of told her she don’t know better myself

The one on Ballenger turned off the open sign early and pretended to lose contact on call when trying to play a order when going into the build door not locked they pretended the computer was glitching to avoid work dominos use to be the fast frash pizza place but I guess you get pre made little Caesars or something slow anymore

To start .. I ordered online.. noticed the app changed my customs.. so I try to call.. rings for 6 mins.. so I hang up and try again… 4 mins. Then get put on hold.. so i drive up there still on hold as I reach the counter.. most illiterate person taking orders.. 20 mins to take 1 order.. nah.. ridiculous.. so I get a dude which was cool.. fixed my order.. I came back 20 mins later.. they lost my order.. so I ask why the app says my pizza isnt done then.. so they say they didn’t have chicken.. so why push numbers on the app then??? So as they are explaining.. the lady start making someone’s sub.. like really.. I’m pretty sure they get pushed .. I don’t go to the back of the line like I jus ordered.. I can’t believe they were gonna prepare the order and not Mine, with it sitting right there ready to sauce up.. like the dude there tonight 12/8/25 @ 1045 ish.. Great worker.. those other 2 ladies.. driver and the older lady working the bread need new jobs.. or join ssi

Ordered dinner for my kid while I was sick/no car. My pizza was done after 30 mins, delivered TWO HOURS LATER. Mind you I live down the block but my car was in the shop. Would’ve loved a refund but the complaint link sent didn’t work but I did receive a coupon. This location is a joke.

After paying for my food and waiting over a hour to find out it was never put in the oven, I was told it was somehow my fault and the employees had no fault of their own in taking my order, taking my payment, and never firing my food. Ill be speaking to corporate in the morning.

Our delivery driver, which is also the cook there is awesome! Never forgets a detail!! Literally made the best salad ever tonight, actually gave us TONSSS of toppings! Even with the feta, no place ever does that. My husband’s pizza is always cooked to perfection. I wish I knew his name! He deserves a raise.
