Screwed up my order, refused to refund my money, and then did NOT even slice up the revised pizza. I asked for a well done thin crust. Come on folks!!
Happy Dr. King National Holiday weekend! A life of service is a life well lived. As my family and I are reflecting on the life and legacy of Rev. King, I hesitantly ordered pizza at the Benstein Road location that made huge mistakes last time. The shift from last time today was HUGE. Alex and Aaron both apologized for my bad experience, promised they would get the order right, and even had great interpersonal skills. They hit the bullseye. Tom Monahan promised fast, affordable, and delicious pizza. Alex and Aaron deserve a raise! As The Terminator boldly proclaimed, I will be back!!!

Me and my family haven’t had dominos in years so we gave this location a shot. Good deals, the pizza was awesome especially for my picky kids. Arrived fresh and quickly. Will be returning, thank you!

I ordered over the summer & haven’t ordered since. I ordered pizza went to pick up & was told it’d be 10 more mines. Came back 10-15 minutes later & was told it wasn’t started yet, that there were 2 other order before it. The person making the pizza said with an attitude that he was the only one there making pizzas. At this point it had almost been an hour since I placed my order. We asked him to cancel the order & he continued to give us attitude. My husband no longer wants to go there & I’ve since deleted my app.

This is the Domino’s on Benstein and Maple Rd. We order from here quite often and have been since they opened. The staff are always friendly, no matter how crazy busy they get. The food is always hot and delicious. If I ever have an issue with anything, which isn’t often, they are willing to take care of me and fix the issue. Also, they are open late every night which, in our little community, is a big plus!

Domino’s often provides minimal cheese, resulting in dry, “cracker-like” crusts. Ordering “extra cheese” frequently fails to add significant amounts, and the product often appears under-topped with visible sauce or dough bubbles causing it to be dry and sparse.
Even when specifical asking employees to make sure there is enough cheese, they will still skimp. Just like I said “no more” to Little Caesars 10-years ago, unfortunately it’s time to say good bye to Dominos.
I most recently ordered Saturday night around 6pm for my mother. Pizza was awful.
Cheese has become scarcer in recent years. When ordering “extra” cheese the base layer of cheese is reduced, resulting in no actual increase in total cheese. The amount of cheese is insufficient. Bread bubbles” and visibly exposed sauce show a lack of a full cheese covering.
On very rare occasions, the pizza is well-topped, but more often than not the rule is you will be receiving a very sad and “bready” product.
Life is too short for Dominos. I would find myself getting angry over their inferior pizza rather than enjoying my dinner. Thank goodness for Buddy’s in Novi, Green Lantern in Walled Lake, Village Pizza in Milford, and Alex’s Pizzeria in Wixom.
Put cheese on the pizza for God’s sake!

Ordered 2 pizzas and tots, they were out of tots, refused to give a refund and insisted on a “store credit” which was just a typed note under our phone number to give us free tots. On a later date we called in an order, the manager said he would give us the free tots with our pizza. When we got there they had forgotten to start our 2nd pizza, never started the tots, and gave us a ton of push back on the tots. We asked them to pull up our account and showed the worker where the manager put the note for free tots and he just shrugged and said that he wouldn’t do it. After a while we got our 2nd pizza and left, only to find out it was completely wrong and we tossed it in the trash and I had to make dinner anyways. You have stolen our money for tots, you gave attitude towards us because your manager wouldn’t just issue a refund for the tots in the first place, and you made our order completely wrong resulting in even more money lost. What a disaster.

Great prices, but something is always off. Firtst time they forgot my marinara cup, which costs almost a dollar. The second time sent me two pretty much burnt pizzas (the bottom and crusts, cheese very well done), kids wouldn’t eat it. Third time forgot my pop, noone has ever gotten back with me on the complaints.

I’ve left a poor review here before. I live near by and this is the location that delivers to my house. At one point, I even stopped ordering from them for a while. Countless orders messed up, weird service from employees.
Tonight – I received such impressive service that I felt the need to leave an updated, better review.
I, initially, called because I was thinking I was about to receive bad news and be told I couldn’t order the loaded tots – as they were not available on the app.
To my surprise, they ran out yesterday, but they had gotten them back and the app hadn’t updated yet. Well, if I wanted them, he informed me that I’d have to place my order over the phone – no biggie. He made it even easier for me. Instead of replacing my whole order with him, he had me send through my order that was already ready on the app (minus the tots) as a cash order. He, then, added on the tots and took my card over the phone so I could still do cashless, contactless delivery.
This man spent a total of 8 minutes on the phone with me, helping me through all of this, with incredible patience and kindness.
I had a very long, stressful day. I didn’t eat all day and when it came time to order my food, I expected to be let down when I made this phone call, only to be surprised with exceptional service and grand news.
Thank you x100 to the gentleman who took my order over the phone. I know it’s just pizza and tots but when one thing goes right amidst a day of things going wrong – it really makes you remember the little things.
