ordered pizza tonight — the same one I always get — but this time it had a 50% off deal.
When it arrived, I was honestly shocked. This wasn’t pizza at all. It was basically a dry piece of bread with a few random toppings thrown on top.
No flavor, no quality, nothing like what I usually receive from this place.
Honestly, this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
If this is how they treat discounted orders, I’m not ordering again.

Another excellent carry out order made to perfection! Today Domino’s had a $3 daily deal for pineapple jalapeno chicken poppers….you know I had to take advantage! I placed my order for a handmade pan style crust, Italian sausage/mushroom pizza, my take out was ready in 10 minutes, and food is maximum delicious! Thanks Again!!!! Why go anywhere else? Tonight, I ordered a pizza, bread and a Alfredo pasta bowl. I had no issue with the delivery guy. He was very kind. I opened my pasta bowl and to my surprise, it was completely dry with no sauce in it. The pizza was also poorly made. I was livid because I spent extra for the delivery fee and once I realized after almost 15 mins of holding on for a worker to come to the phone, I had to drive to the store to get this issue resolved. When I showed the “manager” my pasta bowl, he told me he doesn’t know how that happened. He never apologized. He told me that he would fix the order over. I asked if I could be compensated for having to drive or refunded the delivery fee and he declined. He stated that him making my pasta bowl over was me being compensated. He also accused me of eating the pasta bowl and said there is no way that they forgot to put sauce in the bowl. He then sarcastically asked “all you spent was $40 on food?” None of this makes sense and is completely unacceptable coming from someone that works to satisfy the needs of a buying costumer. Attached here are the photos of my food. I purposely took pics of the food to prevent false accusations. I hope something is done about this.

Tonight I saw Domino’s ad for 50% off, so I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak pizza. But when I opened the box, I was shocked by how bad the quality was. It was mostly bread, had very little steak, and didn’t have any Alfredo sauce at all. I also felt like the ingredients were old and not fresh, like they weren’t made for today. It was really bad. Wowza!!! I sure love dominos! My favorite employee is the large bearded man there! He’s a cool guy!!!! Yummy pizza, and bread and great staff!!!! They definitely deserve raises for all of them for sure!! Wow! The new management here have really turned this place from good to great! And I hear they’re doing a total remodel soon! I love this Dominos! This is my favorite local pizza place in Novi! The ingredients are always so fresh and delicious that I keep coming back for more! Yum makes me hungry just thinking about it. So I placed my order online for one Hawaiian and one spinach feta pizza using the 50% off coupon. My total was $15.88. The dominos tracker in the app said the pizza was ready for pick up in TEN MINUTES!!!!! Wow that’s good timing! The pizza was so flavorful. The red peppers on the Hawaiian pizza was a nice touch. The crust is always the best part. Yummy thank you so much for your recipe and service! Can’t wait to come back!

Super rude staff. I was asking about an order I had placed, I did not want to be calling but the whole point of ordering pizza is because you’re in a rush and don’t have time to cook. Guy (Kahri) answered he seemed flustered and annoyed, made zero effort to try to help. It seemed to me like there isn’t actually a system in place to track at this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place sadly.
Matt (Domino Driver) left a voicemail stating that the order had been left outside the apartment. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the order was not there. I immediately tried to reach Matt, but he did not answer. Subsequently, I contacted the Domino’s store and encountered an unhelpful and rude individual. They suggested that a neighbor might have taken the order, which I found unacceptable without evidence. I demand appropriate action against this person, or I will file a formal complaint regarding their remarks.
Additionally, despite clearly specifying that the order was meant for building 9 in the 202 complex, the person at the store insisted that the driver delivered it to 202 without acknowledging the multiple buildings in the community.

Ordered veg pizza couple of times. Before the pizza used to be very good and the cheese also felt fresh but recently feeling it as old. The taste is not like before at all.
