Ordered pizza for takeout and it was such a great experience! The food was packed neatly and stayed hot till we got home. The pizza was perfectly baked cheesy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of toppings. Definitely one of the better takeout spots, and I’ll be ordering again soon.

New Year’s Eve, I ordered $25 worth of lava cakes. I kept receiving updates and then “enjoy” your order but yet it never arrived! I called this store to get a refund. The guy found my order but asked for my debit card information over the phone. I told him I didn’t feel safe doing this. I mean, who gives out this kind of information over the phone? He told me this was the ONLY way I could get my money back. I disagreed and he told me he couldn’t help me and hung up the phone on me. I then contacted the corporate office and they let me know they handed the issue back to this store. I contacted BBB and because Dominos didn’t respond, my case is closed. The amount of money I lost may not be much but apparently Dominos has no principles.

The staff person that was preparing the food was constantly washing his hands which was an absolute PLUS for me! He was polite and was the only one cooking. He ran the place like a pro. The place was organized and clean. I was able to watch and see that my food was prepared clean and well. I would return and can see that Dominos seems to be doing much better .

We ordered pizza on NYE knowing it was going to be very busy. I witnessed the staff being extremely kind and professional to everyone waiting unusually long in store. Even though some patrons were not very understanding, the staff maintained their professionalism. I wanted to shout them out because customer service and food service is a thankless job.

Food was great. It’s like getting a $5 hot ans ready, eat it soon and it’s great. Service was average (hard to rate that when it’s not a sit down restaurant). Atmosphere was above average with a special place for kids to watch the pizza being made.

Never again will I go to this dominos order pick up have 4 people working and one lady is on the phone with a customer that was giving her issues so you would think one of the guys could of rang me up nope after waiting 15 mins for them to ring up my pizza that they just put on the counter after I said are you serious like common guys y’all need to do better for customer service or teach your employees how to multitask

It’s been years since having Domino’s Pizza. However there is a viral pizza going around social media and I wanted to try it. It’s the Deep dish crust Philly steak n cheese with extra GARLIC PARM SAUCE no tomato ADD bacon. It was DELICIOUS!
I’m big on customer service, so when I called in, I spoke with SHAY! This young lady had THE BEST customer service I’ve had in awhile!

Ordered a pizza at 10pm for delivery and received confirmation of the order and delivery. Shortly after receiving an update that my order was on the way it was delayed several times causing a delay of well over an hour. I attempted to call the location where my order was made from and was placed on hold right after an employee answered my guess is it happened because it was close to closing and this is standard for that time. If you are going to push orders back to cancel then please have a cutoff time for deliveries.

Literally had to argue with the staff member on how to pronounce my name. She tried to tell me my name is spelled wrong. I’m sorry my name is spelled differently but pronounce as regular. If some is correcting you on how to pronounce their name it should be an okay. Not get an attitude to tell me it’s spelled as something other than what they are tell you how to pronounce it. My name is Brittaine pronounce as Britney this was my worst experience here and I’m shocked at how I was treated.

Absolutely worst pizza I’ve had in years. Cold. No sauce. Had a 3 topping large coupon and only the middle of the pizza had toppings. One slice had only onions, another had only peppers. Normally I would bare it and eat it being that I’ve waited 48 minutes for the pizza, but in this case I threw it in the garbage along with the cold garlic knots. That was the last time Dominos.
