The manager that’s up there on Monday December 15 is nasty she keeps hanging up the phone won’t give me a refund and I’m asking I called bc they messed my order up and didn’t put no sauce on the pizza she answered said it is sauce on your pizza den hung up I called back she had somebody else answer the phone den she hung up again . I WILL BE THERE TOMORROW AFTERNOON TO GET A REFUND and I would love to talk to hr bc this is unprofessional also I called an additional 4 times trying to get a refund and she hung up all 4 times without saying hello or anything

After a long exhausting day at work I decided I would order a pizza I usually go back and forth between cottage inn and dominos I gotta say I’m never 100% happy with this location but after last night I will be finding a new place other than Domino’s the pizza was just terrible the toppings were scarce and scattered non chalant only in the middle of the pizza and the few little pieces of steak appeared to be old dried out like leather. I didn’t even waste my time calling to replace it because honestly judging bye the lack of energy permeating off the crew upon pickup I assumed it would just be another haphazardly thrown together mess and I was to tired to find out otherwise.

This specific Dominos location has gotten through a lot of changes in the last year. In the middle of this year, they had some very incredible rude and bad experience.
But that changed now under new management and with new staff around. They have been great during my last visits.
Obviously, Dominos Pizza is always one of the better ones around.

No customer service at all. They are always under staff. I was standing on the counter for 15 minutes no one bothered to ask anything even though there were 5 people was working. My order was not ready and the app tracker was saying it’s ready for pick up. They always mess up my order. Never fallow the request on the order. They are closer to my home that’s the only reason I have to go. If I have any other option I would not go back here again.

Ordered at 8 30pm called at 9:30 was told they were extremely busy. Ok fine. 10:20 driver sitting on corner for 5 mins. Then gets attitude asking for a tip. This the second time they took over an hour to deliver food. I didn’t want to have to make this post last time but the attitude was so nasty for someone who took hours to deliver food. No longer interested in dominos anymore this will be my last experience with them. Then as he walked off says I will never forget that. Talking about the tip. I feel like that was a threat. There’s no telling what he will intentionally do to my food next time. So no more dominos for my family. Thank you for the worst service ever.

I placed a phone order that was supposed to be delivered to my job, a hour later, no delivery, I called the store and was told that it had been delivered, so I went to the door, still no pizza. I called back and was told that my order was placed as a carry out order, which it wasn’t, the address was given, and the order had been paid for. It didn’t make sense, why would my order be paid for over the phone, and the address was given, for a carry out order….

I’ve never an issue with this location. I came to check the reviews on the food and noticed its all complaints on service. Food is just as expected to me. Place seems clean. And I’ve never had to wait or fight or argue for my food.
