Updating my review due to update in situation.
I had originally ordered from here for delivery. For some reason it took them 40 minutes to get 1.8 miles to my house. Then the Alfredo was cold, the bacon tots had no bacon, and the stuffed cheese bread wasn’t stuffed. Then I had a bit of a difficult time getting ahold of them to get it fixed which is why I’m still giving four-stars but it was at one.
I did eventually get ahold of them and spoke to the manager Nicole. She was very polite and nice and got my refund process and then even offered me a free meal when I came by next which she did hold up to and provide.
This is my first time being in the actual physical store. Being inside I can see that it is very clean and it has an open forum at so you can see everything that they are doing in the back. All of their food looks clean and the employees look clean, although I am slightly put off by the fact that they are making the pizzas with bare hands. The store is well-organized.
Also as a side note, they apparently used electric cars to deliver which is not only really cool but good for the planet.

I ordered an on line picked up my large pizza all within 21 minutes, brought it home and it looked like it was sitting in a warmer for three hours. I called the manager and he gave me a story that my pizza got mixed up with a previously made pizza ( ya right).He ended up delivering me a new pizza and this one was just made. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Kudos for replacing my pizza with a new one , but shame, shame on them for giving me some bullshit story about my first pizza. And trying to stiff me with some order that no body picked up. There are too many other options to go back and try them again.

Just have to say….I ordered from DoorDash….My pizza got to me really fast!!!! However…. Was not what I ordered…. Things at times go wrong…. So i called and talked with Katrina…. She was so very sweet…Corrected my order….and had it delivered again…the pizza was hot and the best I have ever had from Dominos!!! And our delivery girl was as sweet as could be!!!!

Management and customer service at this store is the worst we’ve ever experienced. The manager, Justin hung up on me twice after I called him out on multiple occasions for lying or withholding contact information. Dominos, you can do better. Train your people and equip them to handle customer complaints, especially after you lie to customers and the. Hang up on them because they aren’t empowered to fix the problems they created.

Ordered a 2 topping pizza with cinnamon bread and icing. Came with only one topping and no icing. Called the restaurant for a fix and not only did they not put the order in, but left us standing there while it was made. Nothing was done to correct this. To call and explain the situation and be told 20 minutes, only to have to wait for a new one to be made WHEN WE GOT THERE ? Because they “never got it.” Wouldn’t recommend.

I have ordered twice from this store. Both times the food was sub par. This last time, my bacon jalapeno cheese bread did not have bacon or jalapenos. The plain cheese bread I received instead was a mangled mess. I will not order from this store again, nor do I recommend anyone else.
