I called to order a Philly steak and cheese I
ask for the 9.99 special with seven toppings the person who answered the phone told me that specialty pizzas wasn’t included so I let him know that a Philly steak and cheese has less than seven toppings. First of all that was rude. When I pick up my pizza it has so little steak on it I thought I ordered a veggie with cheese every slice did not have steak it was very skimpy and I know that’s a wonderful pizza if it’s made right I was a general manager at Domino’s. You guys are ruining a great pizza the Philly steak and cheese put meat on it. So a person could enjoy it and I’m sure your sells will go through the roof.

I only started eating at Domino’s Pizza about 1 month ago. Honestly, I never really noticed the 14 Mile location… it’s tucked in a plaza with not enough lighting to really notice it. Other than that, the food is amazing. The BBQ chicken pizza is my absolute favorite. The customer service is fabulous! Everyone has a way of making you feel so welcomed. Becca always has a smile on her face and makes every customer happy they decided to eat there. It’s just a great place with great pizza!

I called Victor the manager and requested 6 large pizzas for the VFW on Ryan rd. The pizzas were perfect and delivered right on time. Everybody agreed that this Dominos went out of their way. Thank you Victor merry Christmas to you and your crew.

So they had a spinach pizza decided to try it definitely definitely not disappointed.. Their website wasn’t working working so I called and they fixed it right away I was able to place my order and pick up my lunch in a timely fashion . The pizza was spot on between Flavor and cook it was 100% what I was looking for being for. The manager was super sweet and a pleasure to do business with I will be returning to this location

Unfortunately I have been burned by dominos. I ordered at 122 and didn’t hear a thing from dominos until I left a service review at 222. Dominos just left my pizza on the GROUND OUTSIDE. I asked for it to be left at my door because normally they ring the bell and then place it outside my door (apartment). Some guy named Richard called me pretending to be the manager and just said hey give a call if you have another problem. I called the store back asking for Richard and dawn answered saying there’s no Richard at this store but I’m the manager. Dawn says she rang (which I have a loud buzzer I checked outside at 215 for my order before submitting a review and it wasn’t there) and then just left it outside. I always get a call from dominos when they don’t know what buzzer or if they can’t find my apartment so why didn’t I get a call today? I asked for a refund and dawn said no. The pizza wasn’t even delivered on time that alone warrants a refund. She hung up. I won’t be ordering from here for awhile. I don’t know if they changed management or what but they haven’t been giving good service for awhile now.

I have been going here for a few years but I’m done now. It is completely overpriced and today was the worst two pizzas I’ve ever received. The dough was partially raw and I think that the pepperoni was not fresh. We have also had issues with our last few orders about our bread being missing. I know I hit redeem today and of course it didn’t show up on the receipt nor did we receive it. Just not worth the aggravation.

When I first started ordering from this particular store, I did it on the phone. But then I noticed that the order would take longer and I would get a little bit angry. However, my friend told me about the online app and because I always like to test how accessible apps are being that I am a screen reader user I tested the app right away. So now I am using the app only and it works really well. The food is always great quality and the delivery drivers that I have encounter. Vicky and Pauline are awesome. They both are definitely keepers.

I’ve never had a problem with this place but this time I ordered a small extravaganza no sausage add bacon and anchovies. Anchovies were spoiled. They did try to correct the order and bring another Pizza out, but I think it was sour. Also, you guys need to check your expiration dates on your product. I was in the bathroom about 15 minutes throwing my guts up this is unacceptable. I don’t think I’ll ever order from you guys again.
