Pizza came smashed, the box was fine. The person on the phone asked for my address like 7 times and still typed incorrectly. My daughter and I were hungry for a while until the pizza finally came.

The all over service was alright but the delivery driver said when she arrived that the tip given was split between her and the cook. I told her when he asked me who the tip was for I replied that it was weird because I had never been asked that before. It was always for the driver anyways she went back and told him that I said he was weird. The man had the nerve to call and ask did I call him weird. I would have been wrong to go up there and act out because you called me with that kid stuff. No sure about dealing with them again. Too much drama over nothing. But might report this to the corporate office.

I placed an order that included a side of ranch dressing, which I was charged for.
However, when I went to pick up the order, I was told the ranch “wasn’t part of the order.” When I called back with the receipt showing that I had paid for it, the employee stayed silent for a long time and eventually said they would refund the amount — with no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.
When I mentioned that it would be helpful to double-check orders to avoid this in the future, he became defensive, insisting that “we never make mistakes” and repeated this instead of offering a simple apology. He hung up the call right after.
When I went back to the store, I asked to speak with a manager. The person who came to the counter simply placed 60 cents down and walked away without speaking, apologizing, or addressing the issue. I made it clear that it wasn’t about the money, but about how the situation was handled, and was ignored.
To sum it up, terrible service, disrespectful employees and dismissive manager.

I ordered pizza for delivery and was charged a $6 delivery fee, which was fine. But after waiting hours with no update, I called to see what was going on. They had no proper information, and when the pizza finally arrived more ten hour later the service was extremely poor—far worse than expected.

we order from this location on a very regular basis for our employees however todays experience was horrible 1 st and foremost part of our order was incorrect upon calling the store a lady answered i explained to her the food was incorrect she said ill send it back out i asked if she needed my name or if she knew where to send it she then said yeah i made it and hung the phone up on me . aside from that the pizza we did order is nearly all sauce with little to no cheese . never had this experience here before and but it will be noted on the poor customer service and less then satisfactory food quality. its really a shame because we used to enjoy the food here
