I did an online order, and when it was time to pick up, I got there, and they had 3 of the 4 item’s ready. The young man seen that my pepperoni cheese bread was not even made ♀️. Ok no problem, I’ve already paid, drove up there, what’s 8 minutes? Well for the wait the young man gave me a free pop. Now a lot of people may say “only a free pop” well that free pop was something I couldn’t afford. So thank you to the young man that made my family even more happy.

My brother in law ordered us food and their driver clicked confirm on the order without even delivering our food. We then called them and they said she was coming she just accidentally hit the button. When she still never showed up we called again three times with no answer we had to use my fiancés phone to even get them to answer the phone. When they answered they said she brought the food back because “Her phone was messing up and they had sent her home after”. But never tried calling to let us know about our food. So they sent our food with a new driver and said they said he had left five minutes ago so when almost an hour goes by with no food showing up my brother in law and fiancé was about to head there. As soon as they put their coats on and about headed out the door. Here comes our food. I personally will never order from here ever again. Worst experience ever.

Very unhappy with this Domino’s this is the third time I have ordered from here and my food was wrong and cold. Tonight I ordered a pepperoni pizza with no garlic on the crust, and there was garlic on the crust and the pizza was cold. I also ordered a pan bbq chicken pizza and that pizza wasn’t even cut, the chicken was big pieces that I had to cut and put back on my pizza the middle of the pizza was doughy and cold. And my cinnamon sticks were cold and hard I’m very upset with this store that I most likely won’t be ordered again from here

Very rude ! The manager sucks told me someone from Ohio called and said I used they card. I kept showing her the charge on my phone she stated that the card number was different. But I paid via Apple Pay which I kept showing her. She wanted me to pay for a meal that was free because of my points. Mind you I had my baby. They need better ppl and ppl who know what customer service is because they suck. I been the white lady with the bad red and black wig. I got carside pick up. The young gentleman that brought my pizza to the car was friendly and punctual. The pizza also was very hot, fresh and tasted delicious as soon as I brought it home. Keep up the hard work you guys! Thank you so much for making my late lunch/early dinner. Everyone in the house said it was one of the best pizza’s they ever had! Don’t let the haters get to you. ❤
