New to the neighborhood and ordered for delivery twice. First time on February 12th, the food was perfect, but the driver was very rude and didn’t follow directions. The second time, on February 18th (I received a delivery-only coupon for a Free Medium 2-Topping Pizza that had to be used by the end of the following week) my food sat on “quality check” on the tracker for over a half hour, then took an additional 20-30 minutes. By the time it arrived, the pizza was cold, hard, and overall tasted/felt no different than a cardboard box. I’ve tried to reach out to the store for a refund or other resolution online so I can have a paper trail, but I have not received a response, so of course the 7-Day “Delivery Insurance” window has long passed. Such a shame, it was nice having a location in my backyard. But the convenience is not worth the horrible service. I really hate having to go to corporate. I don’t like being “that” customer, but I’ve been left with no choice.

I order here often enough because they are nearby and everyone who works there is very nice and typically the quality of the food is pretty good for Dominos. Today, however, I found what I can only describe as a dirt/dust ball in my food. The first one I noticed on my pizza with the half that had mushroom- gave benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it came off a mushroom?? The second piece I found in my pasta though and it had no mushrooms. Not sure what it is, but grossed me out. Left a dirty residue on the piece of pizza it was cooked onto.

I ordered online at 7pm 12/31/25. I ordered a delivery online and first of all the delivery driver did a great job he was nice and professional. The problem is that I ordered boneless wings and when I was getting the food ready I discovered we got bone in wings. So I called Domino’s and told them we ordered boneless but we received bone in and she told us immediately that since we ordered online that she couldn’t do anything for us and was very dismissive to me and she didn’t apologize didn’t offer to make it right she just tried to rush me off the phone. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said again in a dismissive tone that she was the manager, and then she just hung up on me. Now I get it was New Year’s Eve and they were busy and I didn’t expect to have them deliver just wings but I thought they would try to make it right and on my next order they could give me the boneless wings. Busy or not we pay money for a service and if they don’t get it right then fix the problem don’t be rude and dismissive especially when I was being as nice as I could be. So we gave our bone in wings to my neighbor and Domino’s didn’t give two craps about customer service.

Ordered extra toppings and sauce. Doesn’t look extra to me. Flavorless. Told me there was no way I didn’t get what I paid for because the items are “weighed “Lied about having to talk to manager on duty. Instead made me speak to someone else who didn’t offer a refund or order remake just a 10 dollar credit which wasn’t half of my order. Not to mention the skimpy sauced wings.First and last time customer… go somewhere else

My pizza was delivered folded in half as if it had been dropped! I contacted the manager on duty who informed me that it would be three hours before anyone could deliver a replacement. Unacceptable Dominos! I am very disappointed. Then we were informed that we would have to come to the restaurant to pick up the replacement although I paid for delivery and added a generous tip!

Ordered my usual Philly along with the BBQ chicken which was a first time order. The Philly was so hard it was like chewing cardboard. BBQ Chicken wasn’t as bad but could tell it was still cooked a little to long but at least it was edible. When I called to let them know, mind u my first time complaining, and a loyal customer for over 10 years, I was told, “Well I will tell them next time to dial it down a bit. Sorry thats the best I can do.” Seriously! You mess up my order and that’s the best you got. Guess I’ll spendy money elsewhere.

Ok, well the quality of pizza is good and decently fast service but one super major issue with this location, I ordered a medium pizza and a dip, when the delivery driver got here I handed him a 20 expecting my change but he walk off, so I stay calm thinking he might need to get some change from his car, but he just drove off. It was only 3 to 4 dollars so all and all not a big deal, but if you buy something normally you want your change back. Plan on ordering again, maybe next time I’ll give a better rating.

I’m going to first start by saying that my boyfriend nor I like dominos pizza but however they appeal to us with the Philly cheese steak sub and the spinach and feta bread. We only order from here and they are usually pretty good! However, tonight the philly was such a disappointment. There was literally like no steak on it at all!!! My boyfriend had to add to the sub and make it to where he wanted to maybe even eat it.. I will say whoever was at the counter when I came to pickup order was great and was super friendly. However I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

I paid for extra pepperoni & even called the dominos store to make sure they were put on because normally they aren’t, instead of listening to me the manager Nathan started getting defensive right away trying to tell me how many pepperonis go on a pizza & how much sauce/ cheese. I don’t need to know those things as a customer. They have made me a pizza with pepperoni all over the pizza before with no problem and that is what I expected, the pizzas I received were just like a normal pepperoni pizza. I should not have to pay extra if that is how it is going to come. The manager had an attitude about remaking my order, and he was very unpleasant to speak with. I would never order from this Domino’s again, he was so concerned about how much they put on the pizza, but what I was trying to explain is if that is the case why did I have so much sauce and cheese on this pizza if they have a formula that they stick to but not enough pepperoni? & why am I paying extra for pepperoni then? Then when Nathan remade the 2 of the 3 pizzas that were wrong & sent them out for delivery, the delivery driver, who came said she could not give them to me unless I gave her the other two pizzas we had, which was never mentioned to me on the phone, I did not care about giving them back because it’s not extra pizza I was looking for but it’s just the fact that I have Covid and why would you ask for the pizza back and not tell me that over the phone? Very unprofessional I would never order from here ever again. I posted pictures just to show the pizza that I received the first time which was supposed to be extra pepperoni and then the one they made correctly. The picture is the pizza we kept that was decent enough so that doesn’t even truly show how little pepperoni they actually put.
